Every year we do a family reunion at different locations. This year we stayed at one of the BEST properties we have ever been to. The house was so clean, the layout of the house was perfect and the neighborhood was great. The golf carts were a nice touch so we could get around and explore easily. We didn't make it to the beach but can see that the next time we book (and we will be booking again) we definitely will be doing that. Having the Food Lion right up the street was a plus as we were always needing something. Can't think of anything that would have made this stay better. Thank you so much for being part of our special Christmas family gathering.

We had 6 teenagers with us so the space was wonderful. The house it not as advertised....it is better! The owners go above and beyond to address any concerns. I read all of the previous reviews before our trip, and any complaints or suggestions had been addressed when we arrived. The beach access was very easy with the golf carts and the private beach parking. The 2 kitchens were great! Everything was great. It was clean and had a very homey feel.....As a matter of fact, we have already rebooked for next summer. Thank you Carol and Linda for sharing your home with us. We can't wait to return!

House was great! Plenty of room and the pool table and ping pong table were a big hit! Golf Carts are great for quick trips or just to do a little sight seeing. We will definitely be staying here again!

This house was extremely well equipped for a great family vacation. This was our 1st time staying in this area & I was a little reluctant to book because of the distance to the beach due to my 1 y/o grandbaby was with us & we would have to tote all his things. The 2 golf carts & private beach front parking lot made our beach visits a complete dream! As rookies to this community, would have liked a little more information beforehand about the security card(s) that needed to be paid for($20 p/card) to get in the side entrances to the community & into the private beach lot. Appreciated the flexibility of the owner allowing us to stay 8 nights instead of 7 so our new college grads (with no vacation time) could actually get in a full weekend of family time. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening golf cart rides through the neighborhood!! Also enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table made for incredible entertainment after the golf cart rides and on the days Hurricane Isaias visited! (This was another great plus for being a little ways off the beach front - the road at the beach flooded that night but our location was unscathed!) Loved the Dyson stick vacuums. Hate the feeling of sandy grit on my feet post shower (oxymoron at the beach - I know) but it was great to have 1 upstairs & 1 down to keep the floors tidy!! Also appreciated the beyond well equipped beach supplies in the garage. Plenty of chairs, body boards, buckets, shovels and most importantly BEACH UMBRELLAS! Again, never stayed at this beach before, we slacked up & didn’t read the beach regs on tents before our visit. Our baby tent was too big per the beach life guards but there were several umbrellas in the garage for us to use. The only disappointment we had were the conditions/cleanliness of the linens. A prior guest must have washed some of the white towels/washcloths with something red and several of them were semi pink (no biggie but you pay a fee to use the house linens that you launder yourself) the sheets that were folded on the master bed didn’t smell fresh & when we put them on the bed they had dirty stains where someone’s feet had been. The bed across from the master had a urine stain on the mattress pad and the stain had soaked through into the mattress. Some of the comforters has stains that showed through on the underneath parts. So, we spent our 1st night washing linens & flipping a mattress so we could sleep. Sent a txt but no response - Maybe should have emailed. All else A+

The place was great in all account and the golf cart was a hit. Able to take all the gears and drive right on the beach was great. Only minor issue we had was the floor could of been a little cleaner. We were told that the cleaner thought we were not coming in until a later date and that's why the place was not 100% ready for us. But we had a great time and the location was great to all restaurant and things to do. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you

This is our 3rd year booking with Tony, and will continue. The home is very spacious and enough room for 2 family's easy. We had a small issue with the golfcart and called Carol, Tony's partner and we had another golfcart within the hour. These folks are great to work with.

This home was definitely the nicest we've stayed at in Oceanside Village, and the only one that we are planning a second stay at in all the years we've been vacationing as a family there. It has plenty of room for two families and the 2 golf carts were definitely a plus. The guys loved the pool table and we all loved the indoor and outdoor pools. This is definitely a great home to stay at if you are visiting this area of Myrtle/Surfside Beach. Thanks to Tony and his family for a great stay.

This was a wonderful vacation home. The pictures were true to actual property. One of the nicest places that we have rented inside Oceanside Village. The property was clean and well-maintained. We had an AC problem that was promptly taken care of. Oceanside Village is a great place for families. Response from the owners was quick and courteous for any questions prior to our visit. We loved the home and hope to stay there again.

We just returned from our best family vacation rental ever. The pictures really don't do this home justice. Everything about this home is top notch, well cared for, clean and they accept pets! Above and beyond for a vacation rental. We absolutely LOVED the 2 golf carts that were included and the community has everything and then some for everyone in your family. Tony was terrific to work with. We've rented vacation homes several times in Myrtle Beach, Virginia Beach and Golf Shores and this was by far the best home ever and fairly priced. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!!!!

Our family has been looking for the ideal home to accommodate our vacation needs, for several years now, and we have found it here.There's more than meets the eye-the pictures don't do it justice and the price is right.This house is very nice and clean, so much space that we lost track of each other at times.The pool table was the main attraction for nearly all. The golf carts were a big hit and well used all week-the older teens enjoyed rides throughout the community days and evenings. Location was great, very quiet and safe community. The owner and property manager were very helpful. We have already booked the same week for next year! So hard to leave it all behind, but we look forward to next year already:) Oh yeah, we recommend the restaurant Proccer's BBQ in Murrell's Inlet-a little hole in the wall with some of the best home cooking, fried fish, peach cobbler and sweet tea!!

My family vacationed here and it was awesome!! The house was spacious and clean. The golf carts were great to go to the pools and the ocean. Just a quick golf cart ride away. The house was equipped with everything we needed. House is beautifully decorated. The owner called to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. Awesome vacation. We plan on renting from them in the future! Thanks for sharing your Beach house with us! And we also got our deposit refunded promptly. PS sitting out on the deck overlooking the lighted fountain at night , very relaxing.

My family has gone down to Myrtle Beach the past 3 years and stayed in this wonderful house. The house is clean, everything is right there for you, the golf carts are great to travel around the community and to the beach. There is plenty of room in the house for my whole family to go and have a great time. Anything we need the owners will take care of and get for you asap. We have never gone to a more beautiful place and stayed ever than this house here. Everyone is very friendly and happy. My 8 yr old loves the indoor and outdoor pool, the playground, and riding the golf carts to the beach. I would highly recommend anyone to go here and stay in this house and community. Cannot wait to go back next yr! :)

We stayed here the 2nd week of July 2012. It was the perfect meeting spot as we had family traveling from both Florida and Pennsylvania to share time on vacation. The house was great, provided plenty of room for everyone and the golf carts were very handy in travelling around the community and to and from the beach. There was a lot to do inside the community to keep the teenagers entertained as well as the immediate surrounding area. We will definitely be contacting Tony should we plan another vacation in the Myrtle Beach area.

Stayed here 7/21-28/12. Excellent choice for a large family. The home is even more beautiful than pictured. Everyone had fun feeding the turtles and the view from the deck and screened in porch was awesome! Lighted fountain at night, wow! Everything included with home suited our needs perfectly. Oceanside Village is an excellent place to stay. Thanks to Tony, our family had a great summer vacation!!!

We had rented from the owner previously and were delighted to hear he had acquired another property in Bermuda Bay which we were able to rent for the winter months. The owners are very easy to deal with and any concerns we have had have been looked after promptly. This lovely home is clean and well-maintained. Lots to do in Oceanside Village and surrounding area to suit all interests. We look forward to spending many more winters here in this residence.

We stayed here from July 2-July 9 and it was the most wonderful place we have ever it stayed. The description is not enough close to describing the way place looks. We had a total of six adults and three kids, which was a total of two families. The house had absolutely everything you needed to make it home away from home. Having the big kitchen and the grills it was nice to fix meals and stay at the house and not fight all the people. It was nice sitting out on the screened in porch, drinking coffee in the morning and the kids loved feeding the turtles and ducks in the pond. I would recommend this property to any that has a big family and to any that has problems climbing stairs...that's where the downstairs came in real handy. By the way, we did rent the whole house. Surfside Beach is a great place to take your family. I lived in Myrtle Beach for nine years and then moved back to Ohio. If I was to move back to South Carolina it would be to Surfside.

Stayed here with family members for a week June 25th thru July 2nd. Had a great time. Home is great, very well decorated, a home away from home where you can come to relax and enjoy the beach. Not extremely close to the beach, but with the golf carts provided, no problem. We would take a vehicle and every thing for the day along with a tent, and a golf cart and it made it very convenient to go back to the house and also to leave a cart for anyone who may be staying at the house. Didn't take very long for my small dog to learn her way around either. Tony was of the utmost help and renting from him was a pleasure. Look forward to visiting again.

Stayed here June 2011! I couldn't believe how great this house was!! I've stayed in a few other properties in the area and this was by far the best!! Tony was great. Until my family can buy their own, I hope to stay here again soon!! Thanks!! Teresa Stevens
