We enjoyed the house, pool and pickleball court. Plenty of seating in the kitchen as well as needed pots and pans, etc. Loved playing ping pong and billiards. Plenty of comfortable beds.

Great place with lots of room for family. Communication and check in was excellent. Major amenities were enjoyed and worked. There is wear and tear in places, especially with outdoor furniture and toys, but not enough to detract from the overall experience. I would stay here again.

The house was large enough to accommodate our large family gathering and the location was great for what we were looking for. The set up was good with a pool, pickle ball court, game, room, and work out room. However, there were dangerous issues that can't be overlooked:
Pool gate doesn’t close (can just be pushed open) - violates Utah pool safety code which requires a fencing with a functioning latch.
A joint and pills were laying out on the downstairs patio - illegal
Grill not cleaned, caked on food catching fire when turned on
Landscapers arrived in the middle of our stay, sprayed chemicals within 5ft of kids playing and hit people with weed whacking debris
Hole in the trampoline
Treadmill belt ripped up and broken
No screens on upstairs windows
Discomforts:
Air conditioning not working upstairs
Three different fans not working (two upstairs)
Pool filter not turned on
Downstairs showers not getting hot

We have a tradition of spending New Year with friends and family. We always find a property that accommodates nearly 30 people and spend the New Year together. This house rated as the best by the group.
Lot of beds, huge Kitchen, common areas to chill, heated pool and Hot tub, games (indoor and outdoor).

We had a family reunion of 36. The layout out of the home was a wonderful size for our large group. There was tons of activities for all ages. The pool was dirty and pump wasn't running but home owner acted quick to get it going. One a/c condenser was freezing up but home owner also paid for someone to come out that day. Was easy and quick to talk with home owner. We stayed 4 nights and that was the perfect amount for our family. Some people went on hikes every morning. A few people went to a theater show.

This was a family reunion-- my husband and I, 5 married children with spouses, and 18 grandchildren ages 5 months to 21 years old! So a total of 30 people. The house was large enough that everyone had a bed. Spacious seating area on all levels. Plenty of tables and chairs. There were toys and games for all ages. Everyone enjoyed the pool with the water slide and pickle ball court. There was also a backyard grass area where we could play lawn games. We have rented houses before for this reunion. This is by far the best house we have rented! We loved it!

I've stayed at a lot of different properties over the years and this house is stocked up on everything you need for your stay! This is not bare bones at all, which is more of what I've experienced so it was such a great surprise!
We had tons of kids in all ranges and they had so much fun and kept busy. I don't think we ever heard "I'm bored" from any of them. We utilized ALL the things from swimming, to pickle ball, trampoline, pool table, etc etc.
This was our family reunion and our purpose was mainly to be together! We had so much room to do that, even as a big group over 30 people! We never felt on top of each other. We always ate together and even had some game nights all together in the living room.
Monica was awesome to work with. She's very responsive and you could tell she wanted to make sure we had a great time, which we did. I recommend this house without any hesitations. It's also in a great location, right next to Snow Canyon which we has great hiking and we took our big family picture.

This was a wonderful house for our family! The view of the hills behind the house was awesome but there are some neighbors that don’t upkeep their property too well but overall the amenities made up for that! We loved the big living room with wraparound couch! Kitchen worked well for cooking for our group. Was a great time! I would stay here again.

Our second time staying. We returned from last year because we enjoyed the spacious and many accommodations. Situated close to scenic Snow Canyon but 10 minutes from St George.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The space is huge with tons of activities to do. We had poor weather but the amount of indoor play options was great. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. However, a few things to note. The whole house could use a good deep clean. Lots of dust and bits of garbage and items behind couches, under beds, etc. Kitchen needs a good wipe down too. Windows are pretty old and dirty which impacts the beautiful view. Back door to deck needs to have a new lock. Doesn't stay shut unless door is locked. Ice maker was broken pool heater broke, water slide water wasn't working. No hot water in bathtubs, showers were fine. All these issues were addressed but not all fixed. Overall, I would recommend this space and hope these items were addressed. The new pickleball court was an absolute blast!

Plug ins were worn and many items wouldn’t stay plugged in.

As a mother and grandmother, I wanted to have the whole family together. It is rare to find a private place to enjoy each other. All 35 of us were able to have a bed and each couple got their own room. We had plenty of room for parking and a garage to put our bikes in. The house is close to Snow Canyon so we were able to bike and hike in the canyon. We loved the swimming pool and hot tub. The kids enjoyed the huge sand pile. Basketball and pickle ball were constantly being played. Lizard hunting was a bonus. In the house, there was a huge couch where we could all sit. We did Karaoke in that room. The basement kitchen was used for a craft corner. The kids played video games and watched movies in the basement family room. We played pool and ping pong constantly. We ate in the upstairs kitchen and the deck. There was plenty of room to cook and serve food. The scenery is stunning. We hope to visit this house again. Thank you Monica. You were easy to work with.

We had an extended family gathering here. It was wonderful! We were a large group and we were all accommodates comfortably. There was a ton of stuff to do. The pool and pickle ball court were used often. There was plenty of room for those who wanted to be in the action and those who wanted to just find a nook and read. Monica was very accommodating and answered any questions we had promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great large house for our big extended family. Plenty of rooms for sleeping which is hard to come by so that's a plus. The pool was great, but there was no shade except one small umbrella that was partially broken. And no pool toys provided. Also didn't know to bring extra towels until the day of check in so for those that were already in route it wasn't a possibly. Sadly it rained on us as it does in July at times and there were some leaking issues throughout the house, but all in all we enjoyed ourselves and the time spent together.

My family of 25 go together for the first time in several years. The house was wonderful - two large inside rooms for gathering plus a pool, game room and large kitchen. We could easily be in the same room and also had spaces for quiet retreats when needed. I appreciated the communication with the owner very much. Clean, comfortable, wonderful. We had the best time and hope to return.

Perfect for family reunions!
We stayed here for a family reunion. This consisted of mother and her 7 kids and their kids. There was a total of 34 of us and we all fit perfectly. Overall as other reviewers have noted, this place could use some maintenance, but it was still a great location with a lot to do. The pool was a huge hit, especially because it was SO HOT. We also really loved the pickleball court, but had to wait for the sun to go down because it was so warm.
Some constructive criticism I would give to the owner is for the price I would expect some better upkeep. The blinds and window seals in the basement were filthy. Most of the doors didn't shut completely. There were a number of water spots on the ceiling that were either repaired poorly or not at all. There were probably 8 ping pong paddles and every single one was missing the pads or were broken in some way. The cornhole game was also cheap and broken. The pool cues were also in poor shape with one of them already broken. There is a standalone ice maker upstairs was broken which sucked because it is also the only icemaker. Though there is a second kitchen in the basement there are absolutely no cooking supplies downstairs and all the shelves in the freezer in the basement were broken so you couldn't really use the basement freezer. There were also a few maintenance items we had to deal with that may be specific to our visit. The septic tank clogged up on the previous renters so we were unable to shower at the house for the first 2 days of our visit. Because the septic backed up we also couldn't use one of the bathrooms in the basement for the entirety of our stay. Also we had an issue with an issue with the air conditioning keeping up on the top floor. It took about 3 days to get the HVAC guy out to fix it and he mentioned to me that this was the 3rd time they had been out for the same issue.
Despite all of these issues we still had a great time.

Loved the huge house. There was space for everyone. The pool and pick all court were the hit of the weekend. There are plenty of lawn games and stuff to do just in the house. Monica was very responsive and a great host. Great place to stay.

This was a great place for large groups! Comfortable, tons of hang out space, comfortable beds, and lots of fun with the pool, hot tub and pickleball court. Out of the way location, but not so far away from St. George that you can’t run to town when needed. Great place!

We had our family reunion here. The house had so many fun games, heated swimming pool, pickle ball, etc. No one wanted to leave. It ended up being such a great time together. Nice bedrooms. A TV in every bedroom. Perfect kitchen… Well actually two perfect kitchens. We loved it. My grandchildren keep asking, “When can we go back to the big house?”
