We had to overcome a hurdle during check-in, but once that obstacle was removed, the rest of this multi-day stay was great. I had my nuclear family in one room, and my parents (who were also occasional babysitters) in the other, connected by the foyer. It provided the right amount of togetherness and privacy. We also appreciated the floor to ceiling windows, giving us a great view of Vegas without having to worry about having a balcony (with small children). Access to the MGM Grand pool and casino was awesome as well. It had everything we needed.

Great rooms for a family. Spacious and had everything you needed for a week. It had more kitchen amenities than I thought we’d have.

Property was perfect for our needs. We walked and used rideshare to get to different parts of the strip. The Signature suites has a pool and a couple hot tubs that we enjoyed as well as poolside drink service. The unit was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Nice to be in a smoke free environment. We did not use the kitchen… however, there seemed to be anything you might need. Communication with owners was excellent. There was always an immediate response to any question I had. I would recommend staying here if you want a quiet place off the strip.

Booked a trip to Vegas for my son’s 21st birthday. There were 10 of us total but only 6 stayed in the VRBO. Had the pleasure of working with Joe and Deborah the owners. They were absolutely amazing. I had tons of questions ranging from dinner recommendations to nightlife and they were quick to respond. They were very clear about how the check in/out process would go and gave us a local contact if we had any issues. Planning another trip in the near future and will definitely book with Deborah and Joe.

We stayed in these conncted units during Superbowl week. The units are adjacent to the MGM just a short walk over but without the busyness that comes with staying on the strip. Checkin was a breeze, valet was free, and there are pools and hotubs on the property. Communication with Joe was so easy, by far one of the best properties Ive ever stayed in.

Definitely would book these rooms again. They’re located in a great place of Las Vegas. Easy to get anywhere you need to go in Vegas. Walking distance from the MGM casinos and food courts. The valet parking is very professional and quick. The Jacuzzi bathtub was amazing after walking around the Las Vegas casinos all day. I wish I would’ve paid more attention to details of the room before I arrived. it basically has a small kitchen that you can cook with electric stove and a microwave and a mini fridge. You can basically cook small meals there if needed. It was very good experience for staying at the towers for the first time. Joe is very professional and communicated back-and-forth with me even while I was there. We definitely recommend staying on one of Joe‘s properties

Close to the strip and easy to access.

The place is awesome. We rented both suites: very comfy, great views, prompt response from the owners. Will recommend to friends and hopefully come back soon!

Stay was perfect for a party of 5 women with the 2 rooms. Lots of space and everything we needed to be comfortable. Very quiet. Would stay again!

Property was great and it was a good location. Given it’s a vrbo, I think it might be helpful to visitors if there more precise check in instructions. Once we realized where to check in we had several issues, but staff were very helpful.

Joe and Debra's suite was grrat. They were very responsive to all the questions. Would be staying here again.

We have stayed in side-by-side suites in the Signature several times before and these didn't disappoint. Joe and Debra were excellent with communications and a problem we had with a loose tap was sorted immediately. We thoroughly recommend the suites and would use them again. Many thanks.

Very nicely maintained building with quiet ambience in vegas strip! Connected to MGM without need of stepping out and lots of pool options. Though heat wave was on during our stay, atleast 1 pool was in a shaded spot.

Perfect mix of access to the strip but not directly on the strip limiting traffic through the signature.

The room is perfect for four people, but even eight people are fine. We were a group of six and completely happy. Joe and Debora are great hosts. From booking till check out we were in constant contact. Very service-oriented. Everything worked without any problems. We have stayed at the MGM hotel several times. In our opinion Joe and Deborah's suite is better than the hotel. Here you are as a group in one suite and not in different rooms. There is a kitchen and you can make your own breakfast or dinner. The way to the MGM poolarea is almost identical to the way out of the hotel. The exit from the signiture is more central than the MGM hotel. Last but not least you save the resort fee. Joe and Debora, thanks for having us.

I am a multi-time visitor to the Signature (at MGM) property, all through VRBO. Joe and Deborah were the most communicative owners of any of the properties I have stayed at. The unit is just as advertised, and at a great price!! It is very convenient, and smoke-free.

The property was great. There was a bit of an issue at the beginning but the owners Joe and his wife were on top of it immediately. Great property and great hosts.

Everything about the stay was easy. The valet parking was a big plus. The view was awesome, and Starbucks in the lobby was super convenient. Highly recommend.

These connected studios are perfect for couples traveling together. It was easy for us to visit, but also allowed privacy. The units were very quiet which allowed us to relax away from the activity and noise of the casino. The view was incredible, the beds comfy, and the units well stocked with glasses, cups, silverware, etc. The MGM Signature is a good location with easy monorail access. The host checked in before , during and after our trip to be sure we had what we needed. We appreciated the connection. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We rented out two rooms with a shared foyer which was a perfect set up. Both rooms were clean. The kitchenette was super convenient and helpful while traveling with kids.
