The location is very central and close to shopping and eating areas.

A bit challenging to find the address as Google and Naver maps could not recognise their address.

Guma was very welcoming and accommodated our early check-in and also quiet room request. He was also very helpful advising us some good restaurants to try nearby. Room was clean and communal kitchen was well looked after also. Having your own bathroom within a traditional Hanok was a bonus. Noted are the double insulation windows for good sound proofing. As per many other guests, even though it was a short ride, we appreciated Guma going out of his way to give us a lift to the nearby train station. Overall a very good stay with thanks.

Mr Guma is a very nice guy. He allowed us to check in early, helped us to check the bus schedule and also offered to drive us to the bus terminal. 👍

It would be excellent if there is a metal shelf in the bathroom to place the cleansing items.

Exceptional service that went way beyond! The owners were responsive and friendly and gave great recommendations around the area. They even gave us a lift to the KTX station! A highlight of the stay was playing with the friendly pet dog. If you are scared of pets, you do not have to worry as they will only bring the dog out if you like animals.

Everything. Quiet, clean, comfortable and within walking distance to so much, including easy public transport to everything else. The kitchen, though I didn’t fully utilise, looked comprehensive. The host Guma was so welcoming.

Everything. I went with my friend to stay at this hanok stay. Guma is responsive to messages and allowed us to leave our luggages before check-in time. He greeted us upon arrival and upgraded us to a better room. The room is clean as well as the sheets. Bath towels are large enough compared to others. Shower and toilet are separated. The location is also near bus stops, hip coffee shops, a cultural heritage area and museum. It was also convenient because he even dropped us off to the bus terminal. If ever I go back to Daegu, I will definitely stay here again.

a wonderful stay in a traditional Hanok with a futon. whilst minimalistic it provided all that needed. perfectly located near Shoe town, jewetelky town and a most fantastic eats street (jung- to). also three of the best coffee shops u woukd see within 100 metres ( they do coffee seriously in Daegu). close major subway. owners unbelievable in hospitality. bought my ticket to Seoul and woukd not accept payment, gave me a lift to railway station and advice. just superb

can be difficult to find as up an alley. of going by taxi get address in Korean. alternatively. just come down shoe street, cross jung to and firstcalley to right

The place was cozy and clean. The host was so welcoming and kind. He even offered to take us to the bus station. We appreciated his help so much.

The location, room, staff and everything else was perfect for a quick stay in the centre of Deagu. A traditional Korean house with a clean modern style. 100% recommend it. They even gave me a free lift to the train station when I left. Brilliant stay.
