O hotel tem uma decoração rococó com muita mobília e decoração da época bizantina. O pequeno almoço é muito bom e tem restaurante onde jantar com qualidade. A piscina é grande e bonita.

Não fomos "recebidos" porque não havia ninguém na recepção. Passado uns minutos alguém chegou, levou-nos ao quarto sem mencionar o pequeno almoço nem que havia possibilidade de jantar no restaurante. E claro, nada de bem-vindos ao hotel, etc. Não aceite multibanco nem cartão de crédito. Almofada nada confortável.

nach einem kostenlosen Upgrade auf eine höhere Kategorie war es ansprechender. Servicepersonal und Küche der absolute Pluspunkt.

Die Zimmer sind sehr altmodisch eingerichtet wie man auch auf den Fotos erkennen kann. Allerdings ist die Classic Kategorie sehr beengend, daher würde ich eine Kategorie höher empfehlen. Der Pool ist zwar ein Plus allerdings würde ich dort nicht schwimmen gehen. Der Chlorgehalt ist bestimmt über dem Empfohlenen 0,6mg pro Liter sodass es bereits schäumt.

2nd visit to this hotel as my children loved it so much last time. Breakfast was the best Albanian breakfast we've had was really happy with this. The food they serve other times is also fantastic. The grounds are absolutely beautiful especially at night time. Room was absolutely spotless and they kindly even let my kids choose the room with jaccuzi which we stayed in last time. If you want a relaxing time I'd 100% reccomend this hotel

Service to take orders is a bit slow. Pool water looks green.

Very nice garden and swimming pool, delicious breakfast. Good for short term acomodation.

Unfortunately the service was low, when we arrived room wasn't ready , cleaning lady was in rush so rooms and especially bathroom wasnt clean. Waiters should try more, they didnt serce plate of fruits and water which was included.

Kids loved the castle feel, decorations and 24 hour pool. Breakfast on terrace was excellent! Amazing coffee, juice, full hot breakfast. Great value.

Pool needed some more chlorine to clear up the water, but it was still fine for swimming.

Really good value for money, our suite of rooms was surprisingly large and the pool was much loved by our two young boys. There are a couple of excellent local restaurants within walking distance.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was very beautiful. The food was excellent at the restaurant. We had dinner and breakfast there. My daughter said she really felt like royalty.

The castle hotel, the pool area and the decor are absolutely stunning. The reception restaurant and rooms were beautiful. I fell in love with the place it is absolutely stunning. Staff were very helpful. Food was lovely and very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay again.

Only negatives I have is there was some rubbish sticking out from under the bed that had obviously been missed and there was a large party of low-level footballers shouting and swearing in the corridors for about 20 minutes at 11.30pm at night we did have to speak to twice as we had a baby, 3 year old and 6 year old travelling with us. I do understand its not really the owners fault but maybe they could take this into account when allocating rooms. Also the hot water wasn't on unless we specifically requested it so not quite sure what happened there?

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean and if you are in love in neoclassical Macedonian architecture, it's a perfect place for stay.

Worst hotel we had in albania and also the most expensive. No parking available. Party on level above us, that kept us awake until early morning. Shower that overfloats the entire bathroom. Although we saw 4 different staff members, all of them together did not say more then 10 words to us. Never again.

Miles from anywhere just off busy main road and side road noisy due to motorbikes and speeding cars. Taxi to Tirana expensive and returning drivers don't know hotel as so far away. Use booking.com taxi to avoid being ripped off. No info on Tirana and no one to ask tour's don't pick up as too far from Centre. This is an event location inside furnishings OTT so very noisy at weekends. Pool at front of hotel by main entrance and surrounded by cafe customers (mostly older men) no sunloungers out to relax on so did not use think only there for show and event photos! Evening meal had tough dry lamb and another time a pasta dish way too dry and salty. Football team staying were very loud at night tried to get into my room and left clutter in hallway. Not made to feel at all welcome only 2 of waiters spoke English manageress/owner? Started digging up soil in flowerbed next to me whilst I was having breakfast! Bathroom floods as shower curtain only covers one side big step up to get into bath for starters no hand rail no bathmat no anti slip mat. Made to look like roll top Bath but legs are faux plastic . All in all a very disappointing start to my first visit to Albania. Would not recommend .

The common areas are not as clean as they should be. The inside dining room is dark and not very inviting.

The ambiance was amazing , exceptional location .

The staff was unprofessional, rude and not for that hotel . Also on a 4 day stay the housekeepers , never cleaned the room , changed bed sheets etc .
