The villa is in a lovely location, two supermarkets within walking distance. It also has the benefit of a pool, gym, sauna and on site cafe. Perfect for touring around to see Mijas, Marbella, Malaga, Estepona and Gibraltar to name just a few. The owner is easily contactable should you need him.

There wasn't much not to like about this villa.

The location is good, the parking is easy, and the layout of the villa is ok too.

LARGE COCKROACHES, it's normal for Spain, but the whole area was infested, there were even in the pool. The ground floor in the villa is pretty chilled during the day and cold at night. No duvets were provided, only old flimsy polyester patio blankets, and only 2 sheets. We spent the first day texting and asking for the duvets, however, the host was not willing to provide anything extra, the agent dropped 2 extra polyester blankets, that were also far away from clean, so we couldn't use them. The rugs were so dusty that we had to roll and store them away, the bedding was fresh but covered with food crumbs on the sofabed. The communal pool is good but cold, the covered pool was good but when a child threw up in the pool the management kept it quiet, didn't notify the guests, and didn't change the water. With all respect, cannot say that this villa beautiful as advertised.

The property had everything you needed to relax and it is in a wonderful complex with a supermarket just down the road

Nothing just a suggestion that inputting a safe for guests to use would be desirable. Also some people find find it out of the way without a car we were happy to use Taxis as I know the area well.

Everything was amazing! Big living room, full kitchen, pools outside and inside, gym, terraces etc We will come back for sure soon! Highly recommend!

Do not leave the terraces open, insects might come in 😄

Well equipped kitchen Good communication with the host Pleasant resort, very peaceful in the low season, good for kids Good location for exploring the area by car (however without a car your options will be pretty limited)

Wish to have a child safety gates for the stairs + working the bathroom lock - would make it even more kid friendly
