Breakfast was excellent served at a nice setting

Compared to previous visits the evening food was short on choices and over 4 nights became boring. The pool was very cold Now that you have moved on from covid the hotel needs to spend some money on the maintenance of the property and internal fixtures.

Location was good, very near the CBD, malls, offices, shops etc Large spacious rooms Large king-size bed, comfortable mattress & clean beddings Loved the bathtub Hot water was always there Showering gels, shampoos & conditioners provided Good quality towels Loooved using the gym every morning

WiFi was available but sporadic Pool available but too shallow (1.2m) and not clean (leaves etc) No robes, flip-flops in room Rooms needed some more lights as the ones available at best only dimly lit the room. The gym lacked attention. No instructor, seemed dusty and rarely cleaned. I was looking forward to dining at the revolving restaurant on 12th floor, but alas it was closed!

there are very little choices in the restaurant it is better you increase the choice so that one can get some variety. All the restaurants serve the same menu there is nothing different

The location is good and access is relatively easy. There’s a large mall right next door which makes shopping and dining easy and convenient. The room was spacious, bright and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I actually received a couple calls to remind me about breakfast.

The linen is old and should be replaced. The mini suite could use a couple more useful utensils like a fork and spoon instead of just two knives. The lifting could be improved-it was way too dim. Maybe try brighter lights with dimmer switches. The internet service was very poor and unreliable. Someone came up to my room in the middle of the afternoon and told me she wanted to come in to spray for insects. I didn’t let that person in.

Both the breakfast and location met my expectations

TV broke down on more than one occasion, with replacement being no better that in the end I just gave up.

They need to change the TVs please.

The AC is not working. Please reduce the price per night or fix the AC. For sure it is not working for the last 2 weeks.

The hotel is conveniently located, the staff is attentive, professional, and I do their best to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast was really good!

The hotel needs some maintenance an upgrades. It looks like it was glorious in the 70-80s but you can now see how the time is taking the toll.

second stay in two months and the AC is still broken. can’t open window bec of mosquitoes.

The location near the golf field is excellent, with a bit of nature even if it’s in town. The staff, the restaurant and all the facilities were satisfactory to me.

I did not have a proper internet connection from my room and this should be checked. The IT guy was not very helpful. I would say he can use a bit more good spirit towards the clients.

Location was good

The carpets inside are old and dirty. Was not impressed at all. Room was not to my liking. The pillows have a smell.
