We came in for a conference. The house was lovely and centrally located to every where we need to go. We hope to book again for next year's conference.

We came to visit Baylor and I chose to stay close to campus. I live old things so your house fit the bill. It did not disappoint and the three bathrooms with two teenage girls was a plus. If she decides to go to Baylor we will be staying again!

Just completed a four night stay with my husband and adult daughter as we made our first trip to Texas to view the solar eclipse. This property was absolutely ideal for a family stay! We had everything we needed and then some! Separate bedrooms and baths provided privacy and comfort and the living/kitchen/dining rooms gave us plenty of great space to come together. The backyard deck with its comfy furniture provided a great spot for eclipse viewing, and nice spot just to enjoy the sunshine! The whole house was spotlessly clean; which was much appreciated. Ashley was a very responsive host! There was a tiny glitch with the fridge which Ashley alerted us to before we even arrived; but she was right on top of it and instantly provided a solution so our stay was not impacted in any way. We understand that unexpected things happen and a responsive host that wants to ensure you are comfortable is the best! Thank you Ashley for offering such a nice property for our first visit to Texas! Would highly recommend!

As advertised, it was an older home that had been renovated. The neighborhood also had older homes. It was quiet without any concerns noted for the one night we stayed. It was very clean & nicely done, although the carpet in the extra bedrooms could stand to be replaced. The master bathroom was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again and would recommend to a friend.

The house was cute but the online pictures were several years old and didn’t represent the current state of the home especially the back porch. Neighborhood was OK but houses were all in need of updates.

The Waco Victorian was a wonderful house for my family of 6 adults to come together from across the country and even overseas to visit our daughter who attends Baylor. The house was super cute and well appointed. Loved all the neat light and bathroom fixtures! Location was super convenient to downtown Waco and Cameron Park. We had a wonderful stay!

The house is prefect for 2 couples and a single adult. The beds are comfortable and the showers are hot. Inside is super cute. Outside needs some TLC not good if you want to sit outside. It is so close to everything Waco and plenty of restaurant. We have this location on our favorites.

The house was for sure as described. Cute DIY updated rental. The bedrooms were huge and the space was great. We didn't cook there so I'm not sure how well supplied the home was.
I would advise CAUTION if you plan to bring your pets. The property is not secure and safe from neighborhood roaming dogs. We didn't feel safe walking the dogs around the neighborhood and the yard was not fenced in or secure. There was broken glass and debris in the back yard so had to be very careful where we could walk. When we walked them in the front yard (on a leash) the neighboring dogs would come charging from all over. We ended up taking them to a close park and walking them there. I would just say this house is NOT dog friendly. For us, it was a great house for a little get away but leave the dogs at home. Owner was very responsive taking my frantic/panic call about the issue. I hope they make the changes and have great success with the rental property.

Charming property close to everything!
This was our first trip to Waco so we had NO idea what to expect. Upon check-in, we noticed all that the property had to offer, including being super close to EVERYTHING. We loved the welcome booklet Ashley had for us to read over and she was fantastic at communicating! The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable!! When we weren’t out enjoying Waco, we sat in the living room and on the cute deck and had a typical girls weekend filled with snacks, wine & laughing! It was such a fun weekend and place to stay! We definitely hope to come back!

This property was very adorable and spacious! The three bathrooms were wonderful. There were a few hiccups with the cleanliness, but as soon as Ashley, the property manager, was made aware, she made things right. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

Great last minute getaway
My family decided last minute to take a short trip from Austin to Waco. This house had everything we needed and more! Ashley checked in on us multiple times and made our experience wonderful! It was super close to everything we wanted to see in Waco and the house itself is beautiful and spacious.

Not what was expected
The property was dirty we found hair on the walls of the showers before we used them, crumbs and dirt on end tables in bedroom a vent was missing in the bedroom there were rocks in one bed and ceiling particles in another on Sunday we woke up to the house being 52 degrees and we didn't set it that way very disappointing the outside trash cans were full we couldn't even put anything in them and the laundry basket was full and dryer so it was hard to do laundry. 😔 we did receive the 100 dollar cleaning deposit back.

3 day Waco stay
The house is located in an older neighborhood. I was a little apprehensive after reading a pervious review but the location to town and points of interest was great. We experienced no problems during our stay. The house was tastefully remodeled and furnished, I especially liked the high ceilings and kitchen decor.
We were traveling with dogs so to have had the yard fenced would have been an added plus. There needs to be a tv in at least one of the 3 bedrooms, otherwise the house was clean, linen and appliances were great. We enjoyed our stay

Great home with large rooms. Convenient to have 3 bathrooms and the masters bathroom is super large. Very nice kitchen that accommodated our meals and less than a 5 min drive to downtown Waco. Wonderful stay for our family

Spent a few days in Waco to visit Magnolia. The Victorian Home was beautiful, clean and a short drive to the downtown and Magnolia shopping area.

Awesome Weekend - 50th Birthday Girls Trip
The property was just as portrayed online. Five to ten minutes away from downtown shopping, excellent restaurants, and of course all things Magnolia! Amish country was a short 20 minute drive. The property was spacious and relaxing. Perfect for a girls getaway. Having three full baths was a definite plus. We are already thinking about a return trip here! (Side note: the neighborhood isn’t upscale but it was perfectly safe and the location definitely makes staying here worthwhile). I recommend a stay here if you are considering a Waco trip. Well worth the price :)
