A few things were not as expected! Dishwasher unable to use needs replacing, Rugs in bedrooms quite stained! The couch quite uncomfortable! However, the pool was just wonderful! Pool maintenance once a week which is perfect!

The home was clean but the yard could use some TLC. The pool was heated and we certainly enjoyed it. The kitchen could use some extra plates and cups. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Would definitely stay here again! Very clean. Nice pool and lanai area. Everything our family needed. Good central location for fun, family activities. We would absolutely recommend this house to others.

This was our first stay at a rental property. The owner was took care of everything before we got there. The pool was very nice and clean. We had an issue with the water temperature toward the end of our stay, but Daniel was able to help us and within a few hours the temperature was back to 86 degrees (hint: watch the water level and keep it well above the bottom of the skimmers — it is natural in hot weather for water to evaporate). We had a great time. The washer/dryer is very nice. The showers are very good and the water is as warm as you need it within a few moments. The neighborhood is quiet. We are very likely to return in future years.

Our family of 5 stayed at this really nice and clean home from August 3rd to the 13th. The house had everything that would be necessary for a stay. Dan is an amazing host! He was always available to answer our questions and made sure everything was right for us. The pool is really nice and heated which makes a big difference. It was our first time in Englewood and we absolutely love it! It is a great place to unwind and relax and yet the town offers cool activities such as parasailing and jet skiing which was great to keep our very energetic teenagers busy. Englewood beach is amazing and the walking distance from the parking lot to the beach is very short. We absolutely loved it and will come back for sure!

Host was very helpful with communication even with some limitations with the site at first. We enjoyed the quiet location and loved relaxing in the pool.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. This was our first experience w/ a VRBO type stay. It was very easy and owner responsive to our needs and inquiries. The house was very comfortable and clean, located in a quiet private neighborhood and an easy drive to several beaches. We would definitely stay here again.
