Dieses wunderschön eingerichtete und renovierte Ferienhaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern befindet sich auf der Insel Balboa, nur 1 Block vom Strand und der Balboa-Inselfähre entfernt. Es ist ein seltener Fund auf der Insel und bietet Gewölbedecken, eine Klimaanlage, eine Wäscherei im Haus, eine Außenterrasse und einen Carport-Parkplatz. Das Haus wurde im Mai 2014 komplett renoviert und zeigt sich wie ein Modell. Ausgestattet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die sich eine Familie oder ein Paar für einen Urlaub in diesem bezaubernden Inselparadies wünschen.
Die Master Suite bietet ein Kingsize-Bett, luxuriöse Handtücher und Bettwäsche, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einen Flachbild-TV. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Doppelstockbetten, hochwertige Bettwäsche, einen großzügigen Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode und einen eigenen Flachbild-TV.
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein großes NEUES LazyBoy-Schlafsofa für zwei Personen und viele Filme, Bücher und Spiele, die Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts genießen können. Der Speisesaal bietet Platz für 6 Personen und eine charmante private Terrasse mit einem Gasgrill eignet sich hervorragend für Kaffee am Morgen, Cocktails am Nachmittag oder Abendessen.

Great stay on Balboa Island. Perfect location walkable to everything. Easy access to the Ferry. Property was so clean and check in was easy. We will definitely be staying again!

The hosts were extremely cordial. They explained everything about our unit and were very nice to work with. Even though they were readily available they did not hover. Their restaurant advice was great and so was the location. Delicious lattes were available across the street. One block from the ferry. We had a great time!

This home was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, charming and within walking distance to shopping, dining and other activities. The master bedroom has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a VRBO. The owner was very accommodating answering my questions, which were few, promptly and kindly. There is also a beautiful courtyard for the enjoyment of their guests with a barbecue, table and chairs and evening lighting. The kitchen is a dream kitchen with all you need to cook with except the ingredients! I would never hesitate to stay in this beautiful home again.

We spent three nights with our adult kids and absolutely loved everything about this place. The location is perfect, close to the ferry and an easy walk to shops and restaurants on Marine St. The home was clean and very well equipped. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is beautiful and it would have been fun to cook there. The beds were very comfortable. We had two vehicles and parking wasn’t a problem at all. If we need another property in the area we’ll be back!

When we arrived and checked in, the property was immaculate and had high end appliances including a Wolf range and subzero refrigerator. The beds were comfortable. There was also off street parking and if you are familiar with Balboa Island, you know parking can be a nightmare. My only concern were the stairs, that were difficult to negotiate with luggage( especially after I had torn my MCL in my left knee a few weeks earlier. But the Host was there and helped me with my luggage and offered to help me with my luggage when we left.

I travelled with 2 teen boys and the house was perfect. Great location, clean, comfortable beds, and high end kitchen. Landlord was responsive to all issues we had. I recommend this property.

We love staying on the Island and we were not disappointed at all. Kathy and Pasquale were amazing hosts! We walked everywhere, ate at amazing restaurants. Had a great time both on the bay and ocean. Thank you soooo much.

My family stayed here and we loved it. The rental was extremely clean as advertised. All the beds were very comfortable including the pull out sofa. The kitchen contained every amenity and you can tell the owner takes great care to deliver what is advertised. We did not use the patio area due to it being cooler, however I can imagine this property being lovely in the summer as well

This house is so cute! I loved the layout with both bedrooms having a bathroom and the rooms being across the hall from one another. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms all had good space and flow. The house was clean and well taken care of. The parking in the carport was great. We loved the location too! We walked to the ferry to get to the beach. We were also able to walk to restaurants for dinner and shopping. We will absolutely stay here again! Pasqual was friendly and accommodating. Hightly recommend.

Air con was a real plus, made cooling the apartment easy.
Shady off street parking kept our car nice and cool when it was hot outside.
Welcomed and shown around the property, so we understood straight away how every thing worked.
Loved the 12 o’clock checkout time, beats the mad rush for the for the 10 o’clock you seem to find everywhere else.
Would happily stay again when we are next in the area.

We absolutely loved this property! It was so tastefully decorated and was very comfortable. It was perfect location for our young family, getting the Balboa Island ferry was lovely, and our 2 year old loved it. Kathy and Pasqual were very helpful when we arrived providing a walk-through of the property to explain how everything worked, very friendly and approachable! We would definitely stay here again if ever looking for accommodation in the area.

We did a family vacation and could not have asked for a better place. Pasqual and Kathy were amazing hosts! The home was perfect, very very clean and updated and plenty of room for our family of 4. The location is great, with the car ferry just a block or so down from the place and plenty of space to park our rental car. We also rented a golf cart which is just a block away from the house and it was a great decision, getting around on the island and peninsula was so much easier with the golf cart. Also the Mexican restaurant across the street was really good. I wanted to again say that our hosts were the best and extremely helpful with ideas of places to go and things to do. We will be back!

We came from Northern California and when I called at 3:30 to get in I was told not ready until 4pm.
Also my Nephew who's wife sister owns a house right around the corner surprised us with a visit with their older dog and I received a call from the owner that no dogs were allowed, I stated they weren’t staying but he kept repeating no dogs.
Next day the owner was installing an outside shower the noise was very loud we couldn’t enjoy the patio.

Being a former Southern CA resident of many years. it was wonderful to stay at a beautiful and yet very functional property in an ideal location. Accommodations are first class and includes an amazing outdoor living/dinning area where we entertained friends and family. Located in the heart of Balboa island, a great location for walking around the picturesque island, or downtown Balboa on Marine St., or catching the nearby ferry to Newport peninsula where there are several places to rent bikes to cruise the Newport boardwalk. Property owners were great and very accommodating. Plan to stay there again next time we visit.

This unit is very conveniently located 1 block from ferry and steps from a fantastic coffee place. It is beautifully furnished with new high end appliances and furniture and includes beach equipment, a grill and patio area and balcony. We had a lovely stay. The only glitch is we tried to shorten our stay due to scheduling conflict and never heard if that was going to work, I think it must have been communication error as Pasqual was very easy to communicate with during our stay.

My friend and I stayed here recently and we absolutely loved it . Hosts were very responsive, so helpful with any questions or requests … just all around lovely people . Every little detail was attended to in the unit , high end appliances, beautiful decor . Just loved it , hated to leave.

This was a great property for our family of four. The inside was just the right size for our family and well kept. It was clean and a short walk to the Balboa ferry and strip of reataurants on Main street. It has a nice patio to enjoy the weather with new, clean furniture. The owners were very nice, met us at check-in and were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.
