The property was perfect for our group of 5 who were in the area for a ski vacation. The beds were comfy, the water pressure was great, and the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies, and pots, pans, etc. I love that there were a few extras that really made a difference. The hot tub was a great way to relax, and the pinball machine was an unexpected source of entertainment for the group. Snow removal was included which we really needed while we were there and the location is super convenient for both Deer Valley, and Park City. We will certainly book this location again when we come back! Thanks!

This home is even better in person. It has everything you’d want, especially the view !! The house is located at the end of a cul de sac so no thru traffic. I’ve never been in a cleaner or more comfortable rental. Bed comfort, furnishings, 3 outdoor decks , new appliances, plenty of dishes, utensils and the list goes on and on. We will definitely return to Chalet Jordanelle when back in Park City. Owner very good at communicating.

We had a great time at Hailstone at Stillwater. It was a very nice place for our family ski vacation. Very clean and we all felt the home was even more spacious than we anticipated from the pictures in the listing. The home's design makes it easy for everyone to have "'their space" when needed and the main den was big enough for all to gather to play games at the table, tell tales of adventures on the mountain and watch pix and videos from that day's skiing. (the TV's were easy to cast to from our phones) The massage chair didn't really catch my interest when I saw it in the listing, but once we gave it a try, wow, everyone took turns letting it work out the kinks and sore muscles each evening. : ) We love an apres ski hot tub soak with stories from the day. We really enjoyed the hot tub. It was big enough and hot enough for our group, the jets hit the spots the chair might have missed and with the heated sidewalk, you'll always have a clear path even if you get 20 inches of snow during your stay like we did! The kitchen was nicely appointed with all we needed for the times we wanted a family meal at home. We loved the beds, and great pillows. I regret not checking for the brand! : ) Washer and dryer looked very new and we did a few loads which was a big help. Great neighborhood that was easy to get to, between 12 to 20 minutes to PCMR base and super convenient (3 minutes maybe) if skiing Deer Valley with the Jordanelle gondola right across the highway. Tip: if you want dinner out but away from the Park City dinner crowds, we loved Back 40 Ranch House Grill, 13 minutes down US-40 toward Heber City. They take reservations, ask for a table in the yurt! We had a couple of issues during our stay and were very pleased with the responsiveness of the property management. Very professional, polite and fast to respond. We travel frequently and know things happen sometimes even at a great home. We really value our family vacation experiences; having a host that is responsive and really cares is priceless. Highly recommend!

Property was beautiful with great views. We had everything we needed for our first time visit to Utah. Great attention to details. Did a lot of cooking since we had a large group. Only additional item we could have asked for is an air fryer. Our family had a wonderful stay.

This property was everything it advertised. We had three families including kids and teenagers.plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Kitchen was beyond well stocked and the hot tub was perfect for the end of the day after the slopes. Perfect distance to the gondola and a quick drive into Park City. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful home on the side of a hill overlooking the lake and mountains. Our family loved it. It was very clean and well appointed. We loved the gourmet kitchen.

The property was really well suited for a group of 9-10. Kitchen had a lot of useful tools to work with and everything was in good working order. The scenery around the neighborhood and reservoir is very pretty!

This is an amazing house and perfect for a family ski vacation or visit to the Park City, Deer Valley area. The home was spotless and had every amenity you could ask for in a rental. Beautiful property with all amenities necessary for an enjoyable stay. Ski slopes nearby as well as many shopping and dining locations. Property manager responded immediately to all questions and requests.

Everything was wonderful. The kitchen was great. It had a crock pot and blender. It also had plenty of spices and nonperishable items such as oil and even sugar and flour. The bedrooms were plenty large and the beds were comfortable. It also had a nice fairly new washer and dryer. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place for skiing DV and PC. Very clean and dry well supplied with everything-kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, etc. would highly recommend and will stay there next year if available. Best ski condo rental we have stayed in

We did a friends ski weekend at Park City and loved staying at this property. It was very well equipped which made for an amazingly comfortable stay. We had a large group and the layout of the property was perfect for us- everyone had their own space and there was also a great layout for hanging out together.

I stayed here with my family for the week of December 26-January 2. The views from this home are simply gorgeous. The house is close to ski slopes, tubing, state parks and downtown park city. There is a deck with spectacular views on all three levels of the home for morning coffee or just a breath of fresh air. The home does not disappoint. It was a beautiful and memorable vacation for our family. We will definitely be back in the future.

The Chalet was EVERYTHING that was represented on the Verbo sight! Clean, well equipped, great floor plan, nice hot tub, lovely scenery, help from the property owner to solve a seating problem for our Thanksgiving dinner! Very kind and helpful! We wouldn’t change a thing! Thank you!!

Chalet Jordanelle was an amazing very comfortable townhome. The whole family had more than enough room and felt right at home. We loved the location nice and quiet yet not to far from Provo or Park City or Salt Lake. Can’t wait to book our next trip.

The Stillwater community is very quiet, and so conveniently located right off Victory Highway, just a few exits from Kimball Junction and Heber City where so many things are located. The views from the condo are beautiful, overlooking the Jordanalle reservoir. The picture of the interior are perfectly accurate, nothing is "staged." Like other reviewers, we were so pleased with the quality of everything, especially the AMAZINGLY comfortable beds and fine linens, including mattress heaters. I dreaded coming home to my own bed after sleeping in these super comfy beds! The common area of the condo is so very nice, and everyone had room to spread out between the 2 levels. I cooked nightly for our group of 10 and everything I needed to make gourmet meals was there. The furnishings were so nice, including the toiletries provided (nice touch) and plush towels. Mary is a gracious host and an exceptional communicator, thinking of everything to bless us with. She truly seeks to make sure you have everything you could possibly need and a most enjoyable experience. We hope to go back and enjoy this wonderful condo during the summer months.

We enjoyed Chalet Jordanelle immensely. The home is in great shape. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, spices and pots/pans. Linens are fresh and the towels are fantastic! The hot tub, grill and pinball machine were tons of fun. We have stayed in many different units over the years and Chalet Jordanelle is one of the best. Townhouse was easily accessible, very clean and spacious, and beds were super comfortable. Park city resort was only about a 15 min drive.

I think our group may have been the first to stay in this property, but it certainly did not show! Everything was very very well put together and ready and our group thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We had a group of 12 adults and we all had plenty of space. The bedrooms offer a lot of privacy (it doesnt at all feel like there are 12 people in the house unless). Mary was very helpful and communicative with us throughout the booking and during our time there. She clearly has thought of everything we might need during our stay. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with every pot/pan/appliance you would ever need to cook a meal for 12 people. We used the grill outside one night as well and it worked great. We loved the extra amenities as well. There's an xbox, pinball machines, massage chair, hot tub, board games, etc. The only issue we had was with available seating in the living room upstairs. With 12 people and only one couch and chair we ended up with a lot of make shift seats and people sitting on the floor. IF the space could fit it, one more couch would have been nice. Other than that, great place! Definitely would come back next year :)
