Soggiorno incredibile, staff super disponibile che fa questo lavoro con grande passione. Colazione ottima ed una pulizia che stupisce. Tutto meglio di ogni più rosea aspettativa, penso che qualità-prezzo sia una delle strutture migliori in cui abbia soggiornato

The approved accommodation was a real surprise. very clean, with all amenities. In a nice part of the city. We slept great and will definitely go again.

Friendly and welcoming hosts, father and son, very nice people. Clean place, new beds and mattresses, we slept very well. Few km from the caves of Frasassi so very good location. I recommend it.

The BnB is opposite the train station and 10 minutes walking to the city centre. The room is super clean, soundproofed and the bed is comfortable. Omar (the owner) is super friendly and it's very nice talking with him (and he makes a very good cappuccino!) Very good breakfast and excellent homemade crostata!

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. We used the hotel as a stop over for our trip to Puglia.

Great location and despite train station very quiet rooms! excellent communication and very nice hosts, gave me free bed for baby, also very tasty breakfast! exceptional cleaning!

I stayed in the room with the terrace. Spacious terrace, perfect to spend the evening outside on a hot summer night. The room is silent and also the air conditioner. The location is perfect if you travel by train, close to the train station, a bit less interesting if you are on foot and you want to go for a walk in the town centre. There is a restaurant in front of the property, with a good price-quality ratio.
