This is at least the third time we have stayed at Sharon's place in the last few years and we love it. It is a great size for a couple. We stayed for a week, had plenty of space and were very comfortable. The bed is super comfy and the location can't be beat - we almost never used our car once we were there. Sharon is a great host who is very quick to respond to even minor questions. Thanks Sharon, we will be back!

Sharon’s over garage suite was the perfect space for the couple of us. Walking distance from downtown Fernie and epic views of the ski hill. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a fantastic week at the Blue Spruce guest suite. Sharon was a great hosy. The unit was perfect for our ski vacation. The kitchen was well equipped for dining in and the location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. Having secure storage for our gear was ideal. Hoping to stay there again on our next trip.

We enjoyed our stay and as we used to live nearby train tracks, the trains that came by didn't bother us that much, but other people may wake up during the night. We would have liked an additional pot for cooking. The suite is spotless and on a nice property located near the centre of town so easy walking. We will be back.

Five stars isn't enough. Sharon is an incredible host. Her beautiful studio is immaculate. Perfectly situated at the edge of downtown Fernie. Just a short walk to the restaurants and shopping. Every time I walked up the back stairs to the studio and opened the door it felt like I was returning home. I have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties over the years. None were better than this experience.

This property is exactly as advertised and spanking clean. It was perfect for us as we cooked a number of meals in the apartment. It was very hot during our stay so strategic planning with opening windows at night to sleep was advised and then closing up windows and drawing blinds worked to keep the unit cooler in the hot weather. Host was accommodating and check in was easy. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful property and super cute apartment-style accommodation. It was very hot in Fernie when we were there but it cooled down quite nicely at night with the windows open and fans going. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Fernie. Sharon is a very responsive and generous host. The accommodations were perfect for our needs, especially having secure storage for our bikes. Walkability to downtown allowed us to walk off our deliciously warm croissants from House of GATO!

This is a great spot near the edge of the main section of Fernie. Sharon is a wonderful host. The coffee, beer, water welcome package was a great touch.

Had a great stay in Sharon's property! The apartment is within walking distance to downtown and all restaurants. It has a great kitchen with everything you need and it is supplied with some local goodies upon arrival! Sharon was great to communicate with and let us use her backyard shed to store our skiing gear and she even let us know that we left a charger behind after we left, that she was willing to mail to us! Would stay again if we come back to Fernie!

My son and me stayed there for two nights for our ski trip. Sharon was there to help us check in easily and provide a short introduction. It is a very nice, cozy, and clean place. It has all your needs for a short stay. Kitchen is adequately equipped so you can cook your simple meals if don’t want to dine out. Bathroom is super clean with everything. It is only 10 mins drive to the skiing resort. We definitely will check this place for our next trip.

My husband and I came to Fernie for an eight day flyfishing trip. Sharon‘s upstairs loft was spic and span and extremely comfortable. Everything we needed for a long week was provided for us. The location is just a couple of blocks from downtown where all of the wonderful restaurants shops and bars Were within easy walking distance. After a long day in the mountains we would come back to our rental For a glass of wine overlooking her wonderful garden in the backyard and then a nice dinner on the town. I would highly recommend this rental to a couple for a romantic getaway, ski vacation or summer adventure. Sharon was a very gracious and accommodating hostess. We hope to return and stay with Her again in the future!

We loved everything about Sharon’s studio. It was comfortable, clean and cozy. And the location couldn’t have been better; a 5 minute walk to town, 2 blocks from the river and a beautiful yard to sip a beer in. We hope to stay again!

Living the dream in Fernie!
The Blue Spruce Studio exceeded our expectations. Sharon is a wonderful host and her property had all the extras that made for a wonder stay. The unit is very bright, has very scenic views, is so tastefully decorated, and a nice 5 minute walk to the heart of Fernie and all the wonderful restaurants and history Fernie has to offer. Plus, a short drive to the Fernie ski resort and we had amazing snow!! What a stay. My wife and I fell in love with Fernie....we'll be back! Thank you so much Sharon!!

Perfect spot in Fernie
Sharon’s suite was immaculate, well stocked and so cute. The weather didn’t cooperate but it was made ok as we had a great spot to chill out. Everything was as advertised and we plan to return.

Wonderful studio apartment.
This above garage studio apartment is recently renovated and everything is in brand new condition. No one beside, above or below you means it is quiet in the suite. Sharon is a lovely host and the goodies provided were very much appreciated. Great central location within walking distance to the downtown core.

Gorgeous property!
We had such a great stay at this lovely little apartment! Sharon is an amazing host, she was very quick to respond to any and all questions/requests we had, and the bonus welcome package was such an awesome little touch! Location is ideal to downtown for access to shops/restaurants and the views out of all the windows in the apartment are unbeatable! We would definitely stay here again!
