Wir bieten unseren Gästen einen geräumigen, sehr komfortablen Aufenthalt mit drei neu renovierten Schlafzimmern, einem großen Esszimmer, einem Wohnzimmer mit Futon und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Ideal für einen Familienurlaub, verfügt jedes Schlafzimmer über eine große Matratze, eine leistungsstarke Klimaanlage, einen Schrank und einen Nachttisch. Es gibt auch eine coole Veranda im Freien. Das Hotel liegt 10 Minuten von allen bekannten Geschäften und Restaurants an der Plaza Del Sol entfernt, zu denen ein Kino, Chili's, Walmart, das Longhorn Steak House und mindestens ein Dutzend lokale Restaurants und Restaurants in der Umgebung gehören, in denen Reis, Bohnen und lokales Essen angeboten werden. Sie sind auch ungefähr eine halbe Stunde von der Altstadt von San Juan, dem Strand von Condado, dem Strand von El Trolley, der Casa Bacardi, dem Wasserwagen zu den Inseln Vieques oder Culebra und vielem mehr entfernt. It's a great small apartment. Need ac in the living room on very hot days. What I didn't like was the lack of local TV. I was not there to watch locat TV, but it would have been nice to have. Roku Guide has many channels, but they are not local. That and the lack of ac in the living room are my only complaints. May use this location in the future.

The property seems newly renovated and is spotless. Quiet neighborhood. Host is quick at responding inquiries and request.

I would rent again. If a new bed with a great Mattress would be new. We really couldn’t sleep well. Pillows were terrible. I have to honest.

We stayed for 2 nights, and it was comfortable. We had some trouble with the AC in our room, turning off at night, but I am sure it was just user error because we changed the mode.
I love that the bathroom has a netted opening at the top of the wall through which you can hear the sounds of the night. It also makes cool showers feel amazing since it’s open to air.
We were slightly confused about the entrance, but we later figured out that we only have the back portion of the house.
We were slightly disappointed that the doors to the backyard were locked because we were very interested in the breadfruit growing out back.
Decorations were very nice and simple, and the place smelled nice.

First trip to Puerto Rico
Great location, so close to major stores and restaurants. Neighborhood felt safe and interactions with neighbors was very friendly. The property was clean and staying there felt very safe. Plenty of amenities.
