We stay in this adorable cottage with our son and his wife. We loved the neighborhood and the ability to walk into Culver City (which we did every day!). Everything was super clean and stylish. We're hoping to make this our LA home away from home every time we visit - so, so much better than staying at a cold hotel!

Sweet cottage complex in a quiet lovely neighborhood. Thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. Reached for an ice cream scooper and band aids and voila they were both there right where we expected! Clean and relaxing, we enjoyed our little LAH (LA Home:) ).

This is our second stay, but this time we brought the family and rented three cottages to celebrate a graduation. We love how walkable the neighborhood is; we love the outdoor common space with fire pit; we love the bedding; we love everything about this place. Communication was warm and clear and helpful. Terrific, central location in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Ample street parking, even when returning late at night.
Cottage was extremely clean and comfy. Check in and checkout was a breeze. A binder containing detailed instructions made using amenities easy.

I hopped over from Vegas and needed a place for 1 night near SoFi stadium. This was the perfect cozy location. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. House had everything that we could want including exterior storage for luggage etc since I was expecting to arrive by 9am. Love that there are two bathrooms for each room. I would stay again.

We had an amazing time! The indoors were perfectly clean and decorated and the outside is a sweet breath of fresh air. All patios have a perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee or end the day with a cocktail. Very accessible to food and ice cream. Thank you for our wonderful stay!!

The house was immaculate and well provisioned with good appliances and a nice, shaded front porch. The neighborhood is very quiet with ample street parking and the neighbors were all very friendly. There are some restaurants within walking distance, and you have two or three ways to get from Culver City to the greater LA area. We had one pre-check in question for the host and she was very quick to respond and very friendly. Highly recommend this house. :)

My wife and I have an infant and we stayed here for a weekend. We had an amazing time. The neighborhood is so pretty. The unit is on a dead-end street so barely any cars drive through. It feels very safe with tons of street parking right in front of the unit. The unit is super cute and comfortable, with multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy. We particularly enjoyed playing in the grassy front yard with our infant son, and sitting in the back patio while he was sleeping. There is also an awesome park just a short walk away that we enjoyed. Highly recommend!

Wow! Utterly Unbelievable and amazing, one of our best booking experience everr! Location Location Location beatiful Culver city safe and cool neighborhood with gorgeous trees and close to anything. Outstanding amenities even bicycle to ride to Venice Beach and Santa Monica. You got your barbecue grill, new appliences and seatings outside as well. House has a cool decoration that you can enjoy inside and outside. Words can not describe enough, we will definitely stop by again.

Great 2 bedroom cottage. Absolutely everything you could need, including bicycles to use and fire pit. Beds were very comfortable. Really appreciate that coffee pods, salt, pepper, sugar, creamers, coffee filters etc all available to use. Location is awesome with a short walk to Jackson Market and Deli and to downtown Culver City. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Max!

We stayed for a little under a week and loved the house! It was so cute and clean and had everything we could wish for. The porch became our favorite spot in LA and we spent every morning having coffee there! Would completely stay with Max and Heidi again if we visit in the future.

While we were the only guests there at the time, it is built for several guests to have their own house/guest house. They houses are small, but so cute and you do not feel like you are lacking anything.
The location is always incredible! This neighborhood feels like the suburbs because it is quiet and the houses and beautiful. It is also right down the street from incredible food and activities.
The apartment/cottages/houses themselves have their own outdoor patios as well as a lovely common space with a fire pit, soaking tubs, and chairs to lay out. Beach cruiser bikes are even provided to the renters. The front yard in the cottage we staid in was gorgeous as well, and we spent some time out on a blanket sunbathing.
This is a small apartment, but it was big enough for 3 people to stay comfortably. I would absolutely stay here again. The house and the location are great!

Quiet, cozy neighborhood! The home is cuter than pictured. We felt so at home! The beds were super comfortable and the little cafe/market right down the street was amazing! We came for a concert that was at Sofi Stadium in Inglewood. It was about at 25 min Drive. Perfect place to stay if you are going to concert/sporting events there!

A lovely stay over the thanksgiving holiday. Max and Heidi were super responsive before and during the visit. We arrived on thanksgiving day with no problem checking in. The cottage is chic with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A quiet neighborhood with easy parking on the street. Walking distance to many local coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood (super domestic is a must try!). Thank you for making our stay at Culver City such a great experience!

This was the perfect place for my family and I to spend a week. The neighborhood is lovely and the space works great if you have kids. We were able to walk to restaurants, a park and playground. We loved the outdoor area in the back and fenced in front yard for our toddler to run. Washer/dryer on site was immensely helpful. Really nice to have a tub in one of the bathrooms, too. Everything was clean upon check-in and the beds were so comfy. We will definitely stay here again upon our next visit to LA.

We loved everything about our stay at Sunny Cottages! The house was incredibly comfortable, with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for parents and kids, a comfortable kitchen and eating area and multiple, lovely outdoor spaces. We especially appreciated the attention to detail: a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of hanging/drawer space, good appliances, and AC that cooled the house when the heat spiked. We took advantage of the bikes and nearby bike paths, and relaxed on the back patio nearly every day. The location can’t be beat; Culver City is a gem with great coffee and restaurants in walking distance, and easy access to the rest of the city (relatively speaking.) We have family in the are and we will be reserving this home again in the future!

As previous Culver City residents this property was absolutely perfect for a return visit. Immaculately clean, stylishly thought out and with amazing air con this is one of the best online rentals we have ever stayed in. The communications from the owners was perfect, the free bikes made getting round downtown Culver a breeze, and the firepit was a great touch. Highly recommended!

Very clean, well equipped. Communication with Max was very good. Having the use of the bikes was really good, we cycled down the Ballona Trail to Venice then along to Santa Monica. Bikes are very basic but fine for flat bike paths. House is in a perfect location for Jackson’s Deli and other restaurants in Culver. Would definitely recommend.
