Amazingly clean. Super close to shops & restaurants. Short drive to theme parks. Absolutely amazing & super quick communication with owner. Everything you need for a perfect hassle free holiday. Would highly recommend 🙂

This property was perfect for our needs which was location and 3 good size bedrooms with 2 full baths. House was a full renovation so basically new. Open concept kitchen, dining and family room was perfect for a small family gathering. Off street parking with a charging station was an added plus. Will definitely book again since we frequent this area.

My son and I stayed at Asher’s property during his move to UCLA. This place was just perfect. The location is close to everything. The property is very well maintained, clean, spacious, safe and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and comfortable home in Sherman Oaks. The property manager (Asher) was great and made the stay very easy. It was the perfect house for our visit to LA. Inside was new and clean and we will definitely stay there again when visiting.

We were bringing a group down for a trip to Universal Studios that would've needed multiple hotel rooms or a large suite. This served our needs perfectly. There were multiple bedrooms all furnished with beds that fit our whole group. We also appreciated having a master bathroom for my wife and I while the kids had their own bathroom to share. Everything felt clean and new. While we didn't have a long enough stay to make our own meals, the kitchen would've been great to use. If you are staying multiple days, consider bringing groceries and enjoy making your own meals. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, body wash, soap, etc and the furnishings were all clean and new. Check in was super easy with unit left open and specific directions to obtain keys, gate remote, etc. Plenty of room to park the vehicle on the side of residence with room for the other guests in the front property that shares this same lot. Communication was very good and I have no concerns with our stay. If you do stay, you can walk about 2 blocks for several small restaurants, 7-11, donuts, and a few stores. If you prefer, you can drive about the same and there is a "Ralphs" supermarket that is open late and has pretty much all the groceries you'll need. I think our drive on Friday morning to Universal Studios parking garage took about 12 minutes door to door. It was super convenient. There is a shopping mall with decent stores about 5 minutes away by car. The neighborhood felt pretty quiet and safe. This unit is right up against the fenceline with an elevated residence behind it very close but we really never sensed anybody in the adjoining residences or had any concerns about noise. We will definitely use this residence in the future if we are down in the area. I would recommend. Great family location, we had 5 total people in our group, Two adult parents, two adult kids, and one 16 year old kid.

House was as advertised, clean and well furnished. In particular, Asher was a super responsive host, providing some additional things we needed outside of the norm. Highly recommend this property.

Asher is a great host who is genuine and cares for his guests. He puts in the extra effort to make sure the home is clean and that his guests are always well attended. 5 star service and home!

This was a beautiful home with plenty of room for our group! It was spacious and clean. We came from Arizona and the house was easy to find and the host was available if we had questions. Would stay again when visiting the area!

This place is really excellent and Asher was an excellent host. The place was very clean and new. The location was great and it was very easy to travel to many popular LA destinations. The property is also secured by an automatic gate which you get your own opener for with a parking spot. I would stay here again when traveling to LA

Check in process was simple, and the owner was nice, helpful, and readily available if we needed anything. The house is the back unit, owner/manager lives in the front. Like new inside, clean, nice layout, gated off-street parking. Master is nicely laid out with wet bar area, mini-frig, and private entrance. Nice size kitchen with full size frig to prep meals. Grocery store was in walking distance. It was a good location for our family needs, easy access to freeways (101, 405, 170). Close proximity to Studio City, Universal Studios, and the Getty. Would definitely rent this place again if we were in the area.

This was the perfect place for my Mom to stay while she was visiting my family in LA. The space is newly renovated, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is cute and the house is walking distance to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. The owner was attentive, helpful, and could not have been nicer. My Mom felt safe and loved her time at this home. I have already recommended it to many of my friends and we definitely plan on using it again in the future. We are so happy we found this place to stay... it was the BEST!
