4 adult couples shared this beautiful space for a long weekend. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable in this well appointed and spotless accommodation. We hope to visit again. Anthony's place was fantastic! Perfect accommodations for a group of college friends meeting up after many years. The living spaces were cozy and spacious for hanging out and talking, and the bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. There are two bedrooms with bunk beds that would probably be better suited to families with kids, but our adults only group were able to spread out among all of the beds which did not make them seem cramped. The house was close to ND and conveniently located to many great dining options. Unfortunately we were unable to use the firepit due to rainy weather, but there was a grill on a covered patio that was put to use for some outdoor time. Anthony was very responsive to all communications and even had a surprise tray of bakery treats waiting for us on our arrival!. Highly recommend a stay if you are in South Bend with a large-ish group!

We had a great time at the property. Plenty of room for all of us. Like the number of beds! House was clean and well maintained. Host was great and very responsive. Highly recommend.

There were 10 of us staying for a football game. Place was extremely clean and roomy. We loved the outdoor fire pit also. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house for a game weekend. Anthony was a great communicator and very easy to work with. House was very clean and offers great space for a fun football weekend. Kids enjoyed the fire pit in the yard. Will be back again!

Anthony was a great host! His home is spacious, sparkling clean, and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. He was very helpful with answering all our questions in minutes. He made sure everything is ready for us to have a great time. From fresh fruits and good coffee, to a big pack of ice and fresh ice in the ice maker. I think the photos don't do this place enough justice. Home is big on two floors. The ground floor has direct access to the backyard where there are lots of chairs and an outdoor table besides a large gas grill. Nice lawn and a lighted short path to a cozy firepit. The upper floor has a full stocked kitchen, big dining table and a living room with a YouTubeTV powered TV. Great for us who wanted to follow Euro 2020!

This house was immaculate, very spacious and comfortable, and there was nothing lacking. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

Anthony was very accommodating and welcoming. The house was perfect for us to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Saint Mary’s College. Roomy/comfortable space to host grandparents, family friends plus ourselves. The yard and fire pit was a great place for the graduates and parents to gather for a little celebration.
