This home is super clean and located close to Lake Ida. It is a great place to stay and relax.

The house is clean and is in a nice community. The back yard is big and great for kids to run around. All the essentials were provided like shampoo, body wash, detergent, trash bags, coffee, creamer, and a nice snack basket. The communication with the property management is easy. The grocery stores and restaurants are close to the house, very convenient. And the beach is not far either. I highly recommend staying in this house!

Terrific property that is close to the beach. Owner had the property very well equipped with beach and other outdoor supplies, including plenty of beach towels. The welcome basket of water and snacks was a very nice touch! I would not hesitate to stay there again when I am back in the area.

All 6 of us arrived for 3 days to a basket of snacks and drinks. Often rental homes don’t make it easy to live like at home, but this owner did. There was enough toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish soap and cleanup supplies like trash bags. We could relax instead of immediately running to the store. All the beds were comfortable. At the end of our stay we tidied up just like we would do at home. The one challenge was that sound travelled from the kitchen to the bedrooms. The early risers were unaware they were disturbing the late sleepers the first morning.

My family went here to avoid the Hurricane Ian. Great quick response from the owners, property was great and my family really enjoyed the stay.

Central to the neurology center for my moms stroke treatment. House was open floor plan so easier for wheel chair in main house area. Bedrooms a little challenge for the wheel chair but workable. Great welcome snacks and responsive host was very nice. Only update I would suggest is better beds and pillows, they were a little hard. We would stay again though. It’s also close to the ocean, which was very nice.

Very welcoming. There was a basket of snacks on the counter for us, and k-cups of coffee were available. Although Starbucks is not my usual brand, it was acceptable and I was thrilled that it was there.

My family and I had a staycation in Boynton Beach and we truly enjoyed Tom and Brittany’s home! Everything was very clean and organized, there was plenty of space for our family of 8 and pup. The location was great and we were very close to the beach and nearby stores. The neighborhood was very friendly and we definitely felt safe. We highly recommend staying at this property!

our stay at this property was very good. Would have liked more mirrors, dresser in the two bed bedroom, and an outlet in the master bath.

We had 4 moms coming in from all over the country for a weekend of respite, good food and beach time. The kitchen / common area is the heart of the house and was where we spent most of our time, but man, oh man, each having a bedroom to ourselves was the most magical piece of all :-) Proximity to Delray was fantastic (8 min drive) and we even wandered down to Boca for brunch and shopping without feeling like it was too far away. Great communication with the hosts, would absolutely stay again!

Looking for some fun in the sun during the dreary winter months. Needed a place that would allow pets and was centrally located. The house was clean, spacious and had a fenced in yard that was convenient with our dog. Overall nice stay!

Myself and three friends tool a golf trip to the Boynton Beach area. House was modern and had 4 nice bedrooms and outdoor seating and grill on patio. Perfect spot for our needs.

My extended family was in town for a wedding and this house was great for us. Stylish decor, clean, lots of towels and even chairs and toys for the beach. Thomas even provided a pack n play and high chair for us. House was in a cute, safe neighborhood. Overall a great stay!

This roomy house is in a wonderful Florida neighborhood. We had plenty of room for our friends to visit and thoroughly enjoyed walking our dog in the friendly neighborhood. This house is also extremely clean!

The house is perfect for a family. Very clean and have just been renovated. Tom is very responsive and welcome his guests with a basket of treats. We would definitely stay again!

Tom’s house is newly remodeled. He was very quick to reply to any questions. This 4 bedroom house was wonderful! Theres 2 king beds and 3 queen beds total. Beds and linens were new and very good quality. One bathroom for the on suite king room and one larger bathroom for other 3 bedrooms to share. Kitchen was great.... island has plenty of work space. Some spices and a Kerig coffee maker with pods available. AC worked very well! There’s smart TVs in living room and master bedroom. Washer and dryer are outside just off of the car port. Lovely family neighbor.... very safe . The house is near I 95 but my guess is Tom had sound proof windows because the house is very quite. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again!!!!! Thank you Tom!!!!

My family stayed here for 6 nights over Thanksgiving.... we were coming here to visit with my 90 year old wheelchair bound dad. The house was beautiful inside - looks like it was just renovated and everything was done tastefully and very contemporary and was very clean....the kitchen worked well for cooking a nice big dinner! The only draw back to the whole place was the fact that the backyard backs up to I95 and due to covid we spent a lot of time in the backyard....when you were inside you did not realize it’s proximity.

The house is beautifully decorated and updated. Great, safe location. Check in and check out process was very easy. Owner is very responsive. The house has all the little things you may need. Goodie basket upon check in, coffee, basic cooking supplies, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The outdoor area is lovely. We will definitely stay here again.
