It was comfortable , very clean and spacious apartment, The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, coffee makers, and all sorts kitchen gadgets and appliances. One thing to concern was a late check- in time.

The condo was nice and clean. Had an issue with a leaky toilet and staff were at my door in record time. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if we are in the area.

The place is nice, but the auto controlled on thermostat is not right when it's too hot or too cold.

It was a breeze renting it, and it was easy checking in and out.

Upon check-in everything was very clean. Unit was conveniently located near Honeymoon Island Causeway to the beach and Publix grocery store around the corner. Was a very short ride to downtown Dunedin restaurants and shopping.

We booked our stay very last minute as we decided to extend our time in Florida another week. This is a very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable unit located across from a driving range, close to Downtown Dunedin and Dunedin Causeway. We really enjoyed our stay. I will definitely book again!

My family stayed here for the holidays. 3 adults. Clean and super location. Only one issue. The upstairs tenants were up at 4am on the last night and were very loud. Family missed out on a good nights' sleep. But still gave a 5 star.

Perfect for visiting family in Palm Harbor. Very clean and had everything we needed. Dunedin and Tarpon Springs nearby for entertaining us. We had the condo in the back so it was reasonably quiet. It is located on the corner of a busy street.

Condo is clean and has all the comforts of home. It was great for evening relaxation after bike rides to St Pete and Tarpon Springs. We liked proximity to restaurants in Dunedin main street area too. Property owner is awesome and very responsive. I left my apple phone charger and he's mailing to me.

Me, my mother and daughter stayed here for nearly a week. It was super comfortable, clean and well-appointed. We wanted for nothing. You are right on a busy road, but it was quiet at night. Just two miles from downtown Dunedin and directly across the street from the awesome Pinellas Trail. It's a great base of vacation operations to enjoy Dunedin, Clearwater, Tarpon Springs and the surrounding areas.

Needs lighting in parking area, total darkness not safe. Condo is located at the end of a neighborhood and a main street, very noisy. Not enough functional seating, condo is clean and decorated nicely.

The unit was impeccably clean and had all-new furnishing (furniture, appliances, ...). The building was very quiet and in a convenient location. We thoroughly enjoyed the Smart TV with Netflix (which we do not have at home). We were pleased with our stay. The only concern we had was with the low level of lighting in the parking lot.

The location was great for us. Close to many different parks and playgrounds, easy access to go to many cities and a few minutes to honeymoon island. The place was clean and very spacious with everything you need.This is an old building facing the main road, that could be loud at times and the bedrooms face the parking lot that leads to the main road. The whole building is a rental, approximately 6 apartments, and the only problem we encounter was with the upstairs guests making lots of noise day and night. When they smoke on the balcony the smell of cigarette gets inside of our house. Overall this was a great stay, I was very surprised how cute was downtown Dunedin.

Great! I had an easy time making a reservation! Even waiting until the last minute the day before and they were quick to respond!

Place seems well maintained. Plenty of hot water for showers. Close enough to everything and far enough from noise. Would stay again.
