Mike and Karyn went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! Mike met us at the condo to give us a tour and Karyn made us cookies. This was one of the best spots we’ve stayed in. The condo was stocked with everything you need and more. The location can’t be beat. We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was our second visit to this amazing property!! Without a doubt, the most well equipped VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful condo!! We spent hours on covered porch drinking coffee watching dolphins and the beach is just steps away. It really could not have been more perfect. Communication with the owners was fabulous. Can’t wait to come back.!!

Direct view of the ocean, easy access to the beach and pool, 5 minutes from stores. No crowds. So quiet you can just listen to the birds and watch people playing with their dogs on the beach. What more could we ask for?

Our condo at Seawatch was gorgeous and fully stocked with everything we needed for a 6 week stay. The views of the ocean and beach were spectacular. Its proximity to St. Augustine was convenient and we enjoyed the many things you can do in this historic city. The restaurants were great with a wide range of culinary options. This property and the owners were great! The unit was clean as can be, had beautiful views and the owners really made sure eyou had all the basics you needed there. Tons of toilet paper, paper towel, coffee filters, dishwasher and laundry supplies and more. It was so nice to check in and not immediately have to run to the store for basics like that. Many places I've stayed have a "starter pack" of those items but this had all we needed for our whole 8 day stay. Also they had a pack and play and high chair for our 2 yr old which saved on the packing we needed to do!

We had an amazing time. The condo had everything that you need right down to the cooler for the beach. The owners are so thoughtful with welcome cookies and beer mugs in the freezer. The kids and I had a fantastic time.

My family had a wonderful stay at C-Scape! This was without a doubt, the most well equipped VRBO we have ever stayed at. The owners have thought of absolutely everything you could possibly need or want. The condo was beautifully decorated and the view overlooking the ocean from the patio was amazing. We watched the sun come out, the dolphins playing and just got lost watching the waves. The location was great.. 5 minutes into St Augustine . Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us! This was our second time staying at this property and we just love it! Excellent location: walking distance to grocery store and a couple of restaurants and minutes away from St. Augustine. Views of the beach are unbeatable and you can walk north on the beach for miles or south about a mile. The property was spotless and it is stocked with just about everything you might need for your stay. Mike was wonderful to deal with and he responded right away to our inquiries. We definitely hope to be back!

The condo felt like home while being at the same time much nicer than any home I've ever lived in. It was full of light and felt comfortably spacious for its size. The best part was the large oceanfront balcony with patio furniture we could stretch out on while we gazed upon the wide expanse of the Atlantic. It was so peaceful and beautiful.
I want to add for those who may have mobility issues. I use a walker and had little trouble with this condo. It has a stair-free path to the elevator to take you to the 3rd floor condo. There are steps to get down to the beach, but the view from the balcony was so great that I didn't miss not going down there. The condo is also close to some handicap accessible public beaches that allow vehicles to drive on them. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower with a showerhead/hose combination. I only wished for a grab bar in the shower. The shower was large enough to accommodate the bath bench I brought.

This property was amazing! The condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable and very well stocked. The kitchen was thoroughly supplied, from the cookware and utensils down to the condiments and spices. We typically prepared 2 meals per day at the condo and found everything we needed. The coffee maker was easy to use and I fell in love with it! (I ordered one for home from Amazon on day 2!) Making my morning cup of coffee and watching the sunrise on the balcony, from the very comfortable patio furniture, was my favorite thing of all! The sunrises were breathtaking and it was such a joy to watch the activity on the beach or look for dolphins in the ocean. We found the bed to be very comfortable and enjoyed the power-elevating of the head of the bed. (I may be adding this mattress to our home as well!:))
When we did venture into St. Augustine for a meal, a drink or to explore we found the location of the condo to be perfect!! The drive into town was quick and easy to navigate. But we found the condo's location to be quiet and peaceful. It was truly a beautiful sanctuary on the beach.

Very clean, beautifully decorated condo. We were greeted by Mike who did a quick overview of things in the condo/property as well as giving us restaurant suggestions. He went out of his way to give us a gift card for Columbia restaurant due to the pool needing cleaned, property damage after hurricane Ian. We didn't make a fuss or expect the act of kindness but it was sincerely appreciated. His wife also baked us some delicious cookies, that were almost too beautifully designed (seashells) to eat... almost. I will say to anyone who likes a TV on while they sleep, as in the listing pictures, the only TV is in the living room, I thought this was going to be an issue for my husband but he had no complaints with all the other positive things about the condo. The covered deck overlooking the ocean is large and the sectional is comfortable enough for 2 people to relax and take a nap

Amazing property and location! The ocean view was just perfect from the living room, master suite and balcony. Only 6-7 minute drive to downtown St Augustine to spend the day or evening walking around with plenty of bars and restaurants to visit. Mike was an amazing host and gave us personal attention with meeting us at check in to review all details of the home. Great communication with Mike during the stay as he had suggestions of places to visit. We stayed for our anniversary celebration and Karyn surprised us with a homemade cake that was truly the best cake we've ever eaten! Beautiful home! Great hosts! Amazing stay!

Condo is even better than description. Condo has all the comforts of home. Beds are very comfy--slept like a baby. Short distance to beach and all beach necessities are provided. Gorgeous sunrises on the balcony with coffee every morning. Only five minutes to downtown St. Augustine. Great food options as well. We highly recommend Mike and Karyn's condo. Mike always responds rapidly and very pleasurable. We will be back!

Family of four. Perfect amount of space for our family. Mike greeted us and filled us in on specifics of the condo. I so overpacked as I am used to bringing all the little things. Well stocked condo, everything we needed and more. Location is amazing. Short drive to St Augustine, but relaxing when you don’t want the crowds. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Fabulous stay!
The condo was super clean and extremely well appointed. In the last place we rented through VRBO, we were given one trash bag, one roll of paper towels, one dishwasher pod and two rolls of toilet paper for a week (from Seinfeld … "can you spare a square?" :-). This condo is the exact opposite. You literally have everything you might need in the kitchen and elsewhere. We felt right at home. The view of the beach from the terrace can’t be beat. The condo is a few steps from a beautiful, walkable beach, is walking distance to the grocery store and is a short drive to downtown St. Augustine – perfect location in my opinion. Mike was great and responded to any communication right away. He also took the time to explain how everything worked in the condo and surprised us with a very thoughtful and personal touch. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked the condo for next year!

Property was just as described and pictured. A very well stocked kitchen. It had everything you needed. Stunning view from the balcony. Short walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and highly recommend it.

Tranquility amongst adventure
The location of this condo is perfect. The beach is almost like your own private beach, yet you are minutes away from shopping, restaurants and activities, and downtown St. Augustine. Mike was very flexible when we kept getting stuck in traffic and met us hours after our hoped for arrival time. He provided tips for great martini's and things to see as well as restaurant suggestions. The condo was beautifully decorated for Christmas which we really appreciated. The condo is well equipped with every thing you think you will need and then some other things you never thought you'd need but are there anyway. It is also immaculately clean. The attention to details is really appreciated. The Carters have thought of everything from cold beer glasses in the freezer to a kettle for tea. When we arrived so late we were happy to have good coffee,toiletries and even suntan lotion provided. The bath towels are soft and proper sized. The beds are comfortable and you have a choice of pillow types. We didn't use the beach toys or chairs, but there are plenty so you don't have to lug them from home. We have stayed in many vacation rentals globally and this is one of the best from the quality of the condo itself to the owners. Do not hesitate to book this fabulous place.

Just as advertised
The condo was beautiful and the view stunning. The owners thought of all the details. Fully equipped for all your needs. I especially loved the complimentary bag of great coffee and used the frother everyday to create a special treat. Be aware though, that the St. Augustine water is kind of smelly. First trip to the nearby grocery store was for bottled water. All in all, an amazing place and escape. loved it!

This beautiful property allowed us to truly rest and relax at the beach! We picked up some groceries and made most of our meals right there at the condo, ate our meals overlooking the ocean, and a short walk led us to the beach which we called private because there was hardly anyone else out there! All the comforts of home, we couldn't have asked for more!
