Dies ist eine neue Vermietung und wurde vor kurzem gekauft und komplett mit allen neuen Möbeln und Geräten umgebaut. Ihre Familie und Freunde werden dieses 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer Haus mit Bonusraum und großem Grundstück genießen. Außerdem genießen sie die großartige Lage in der Nähe des Pagosa-Sees, des Pagosa Springs Golf Clubs, des Freizeitzentrums mit Innenpool und Whirlpool, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und eine kurze 30-minütige Fahrt vom Skigebiet Wolf Creek entfernt.
Dieses Haus hat viele Parkplätze und wenn Sie die Treppe hinaufgehen, genießen Sie eine schöne überdachte Terrasse mit Gasgrill und Holz für den Innenholzofen. Wenn Sie das Haus betreten, werden Sie feststellen, dass Sie sich in einer Colorado-Hütte mit Holzböden, Wänden und Decken befinden. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich, der Esstisch ist groß und die Küche mit neuen Geräten öffnet sich zum Wohn- / Essbereich. In der Halle finden Sie neue Waschmaschine / Trockner und unten im Flur finden Sie ein Queen-Schlafzimmer und ein Schlafraum für die Kinder mit einem Doppelbett auf dem Boden und zwei oben mit TV im Zimmer. Beide Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss haben Zugang zum Badezimmer im Obergeschoss.
Über die Treppe betreten Sie den großen Bonusraum (derzeit kein Foto, da die Möbel noch nicht geliefert wurden), in dem die Kinder sich auf der Couch oder Luftmatratze entspannen, spielen, fernsehen und schlafen können. Es gibt 2 Queen-Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit jeweils einem Badezimmer in der Nähe. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat neue bequeme Betten.

This was perfect for our weekend get away. Slept 8 adults comfortably, the outdoor area is set up for 6, but beautifylly situated. A quiet neighborhood. There were fans in everyroom, but may be a bit uncomfortable during days over 85 degrees.

Our hotel canceled the day before our trip and we were lucky to snag this cabin last minute.What a game changer! We are ruined now - nothing less than this will do in the future. The kitchen was well stocked, there is a lake nearby that made for perfect morning walks. We saw deer, foxes and many types of birds. From the front deck, we watched hot air balloons in the sunrise. Beds were comfortable, no kids had to sleep on couches (although I napped on the living room couch and it was the best!) and there were plenty of bathrooms for our crew. The house stayed cool during the day, and we really enjoyed the wood burning stove at night. I wouldn't change a thing!

The cabin is exactly as advertised! Very room and great location-just minutes from town! The kitchen had everything that we needed. Excellent price for the size of the cabin! IF I was to change something it would be to have a King size bed in one of the down stairs bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay at Lazy Bear Cabin and would like to bring our family the next time we visit Pagosa Springs!

The house with four bedrooms and two living areas was perfect for our large family stay. Although the kitchen is tight, we were able to prepare all our meals, and all gather around the large dining table each evening for dinner.

Clean and fun spot to stay at. Very cool cabin feel! Short drive to town as well. They had some computer issues causing some hiccups but they were quick to respond. Little tricky to figure out who to contact as well but Scott was quick to respond. I know things happen but they were very professional about getting it corrected. Would love to come back again for another ski trip.

First, we get a text 2 hours before for our arrival (after we have driven 16 hours) telling us about “minor” construction that will be happening at the home during our stay - I don’t call cement mixers, concrete columns and decking as minor construction. We could not even use the front part of the house/yard. The construction materials also took up 1/2 of the driveway space. The construction was delayed after our party stating we didn’t travel 1100 miles to stay in a construction zone.
Second, there were plumbing issues from the time we arrived. We had 9 people in the house without a properly flushing toilet in the entire house. Even after we had to arrange for a plumber the toilets still didn’t flush properly.
Third, there were not enough towels - there were only 3 washcloths in the entire house. There were only 6 bath towels for the entire house/stay.
Fourth, the deck railing was missing from the end of the deck by the grill and the outside railing around the edge was about to fall off. One of the main reasons we picked the house was due to the front deck area and the front outdoor space and we couldn’t use it due to construction and to safety issues.
Finally the outside dumpster was absolutely packed full of garbage when we arrived. We couldn’t even put a bag of trash in it. We had to call to get someone to take away some of the trash.
Needless to say, we were disappointed with the accommodations. Thankfully Pagosa Springs and the surrounding areas made our time away from the house worth the trip.

Great Cabin in a wonderful location
Great property and location, just miles from Pagosa Springs and just a short walk over to the lake. Plenty of parking for 2 trucks and trailers. Communication was very good with the managment company. Highly reccomened it if you are going to Pagosa.
