Two burner glass stovetop. No oven. This was a bit of a challenge for family cooking. However, very nice place to hang out in the evening. Comfortable.

Nice location that is walking distance to Waterville Valley Town Square and hiking and running routes.
Although this sleeps a lot, it was smaller than we realized and there really isn’t much of a living room or space for everyone to comfortably watch a movie.
Finally, the unit (especially the bathroom and the master mattress) could use some updates.

A very clean and comfortable condo minutes from Waterville Valley resort, pool, shops and restaurants. Friendly neighbors. Easy parking. Beautiful setting near trails. The owner is wonderful and provided very helpful information during our first stay in town. We will definitely return.

Communication with Andrea was easy and she was quick to respond. The house was exactly as described. Bedrooms were comfortable and the location is perfect for hiking.

Lovely apartment. We enjoyed the walkability of the village, and the easy access to hiking trails. Best of all was our host. We had a last minute need for late check out, and Andrea was great in communicating with and accommodating us. Thank you!

Came here to stay for a wedding and some sight seeing. Bedrooms are much bigger than they look in the photos and the beds are quite comfy.
The rental as well stocked with everything you’d need (especially towels). Definitely would recommend!

We had such a fabulous time in Waterville valley! We made a last minute decision to get away with friends and our dog and this place was perfect. A quick walk to town, and short drive to a few other restaurants for post skiing food and drinks. The communication was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay!

A very cozy, warm, and comfortable apartment which suited my needs perfectly for my trip. It’s close to town and the mountain. The Wi-Fi is excellent and I had no issues sending emails and finishing work on the computer. Has a nice little kitchen so I was able to cook meals. 10/10 for a small family or group

First floor, private condo with parking very close to Waterville Valley. Mudroom for gear, clean, family and pet friendly. Stayed here with our 3 kids (all fit comfortably in one room with own beds). Beds were comfortable, owner was easy to reach with questions. Kitchen was adequate, but more of a kitchenette situation, so not great for anyone planning to cook full meals there. Worked for us for breakfast and reheating food at end of day. Listing had everything we needed for a fun ski weekend.

We stayed here for three days. Access to the property was easy with lockbox and keys. Dog friendly. It has all of the basic necessities and was clean. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. The wi-fi was very fast.

Very convenient, quiet, and clean property minutes from Waterville Valley ski resort. Steps away from shuttle bus to skiing. Great common area/mudroom for storing ski gear. Nice amenities including dishwasher. Andrea was very responsive and helpful. Perfect place for a family ski getaway.

We had a fun 4 days away to just relax and enjoy. The apartment was clean, conveniently located, and Andrea was on top of every detail. We would highly recommend to anyone, and are hoping to book again in the future.

Hockey tournament weekend
Perfect location for our family of 4 to be close to rink, indoor pool and village without having to be crammed in a hotel room together. Kitchenette was very functional and useful with cook too and convection microwave. The unit was clean and Check in/out very easy.

Nice weekend get away
Perfect weekend getaway, close to dining, scenic spots, and more. Access to the indoor pool was ideal especially when it rained a lot on a Saturday afternoon. Clean, plenty of room, check in process was easy, quiet at night, nice hot water for a evening shower (my fav). Enjoyed it.

Family Ski Trio
My family stayed for 3 nights. The condo was clean, cozy and very convenient! Check in process was easy and owner was great with communication. We did Ice Castles the first night, half hour away from Lincoln. Skied Waterville first day and Loon second day. Great skiing for my kids first time! Overall our stay was great!

Waterville Valley
The property worked well for our visit. The kids got their own bedrooms, and the place was clean. No kitchen, but we were made aware of that fact right out of the gate, so we were able to plan ahead accordingly. Owner was extremely helpful and communicative.
