Dieses neu renovierte Haus aus dem Jahr 1919 befindet sich im Herzen des Historic Garden District. Nur 4 Blocks von der Sherman Ave entfernt. zum Einkaufen, Essen & Unterhaltung. Steigen Sie auf eines der Strandkreuzer-Fahrräder und fahren Sie zum See. Unser Haus bietet den perfekten Hintergrund für Familie und Freunde. Whirlpool, Grill & Feuerstelle, Kajaks, Paddle Board und Strandkreuzer sind im Preis inbegriffen! Der Umbau der Küche wird am 15. Dezember abgeschlossen sein, wir werden bald neue Bilder veröffentlichen. Bitte wenden Sie sich an uns, wenn Sie Fragen haben. Wir möchten, dass Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Wir können es kaum erwarten, dass Sie uns besuchen!

We have been staying in vacation rentals for years and this by far has been our absolute favorite. The house is absolutely beautiful with charming details in every room. When I say this house felt like home, I absolutely mean it. Samantha was so kind and considerate, she knew we had an infant and was sure to leave out all the necessities from a pack and play to baby monitors, and the most adorable little ducky bath towel! The coffee bar was delightful, we felt spoiled. The property is inviting and cozy and made traveling with a bunch of kids feel like a treat. I can’t express enough how in love we are with this house and how much we appreciate the hospitality of Samantha. We cannot wait to come again!

We had a great stay in CdA. The house was beautiful and had all we needed. The yard was beautifully maintained and came with lawn games, fire pit, hot tub, chairs, and more. There are even bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards to enjoy. We would definitely stay again!

We highly recommend this house. Samantha decorates it so cute and vintage and has so many other perks like the kayaks, coolers, chairs, bikes, etc. she even tailors it to the age of the kids that are staying there with the set up! Amazing!

I cannot say enough how much we truly enjoyed our stay! Samantha and her daughter were so kind and so easy to talk with. They gave us the best ideas on what to do in the area as well! The property is cozy and beautifully decorated, with every single detail carefully thought out. We will most definitely be coming back!! Thank you so much for having us…we had a blast!

We had such a wonderful stay at Samantha's property! She is just such an incredible hostess. The home oozes with charm and is tastefully decorated from top to bottom. There is not one detail Samantha didn't think of when creating this cozy and inviting space for her guests. From s'more kits and a fully stocked coffee/espresso bar to luxurious throw blankets and oversized pillows, she really thought of everything. We look forward to booking with her again next time we're in CDA!

Beautiful home with incredible attention to detail. Had pleasure of meeting owner and so enjoyed her. Our kindergarten (from 1965) reunion was great. A wonderful visit in a gorgeous place with every amenity!

I went for my bachelorette since the property is a short walk to the main strip and other restaurants and bars. The host was super communicative and even set out special additions to help us celebrate!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The owner was incredibly responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There is a fine attention to detail at the home that makes all the difference. We cooked quite a bit while we stayed and the kitchen was well stocked (I even found a juicer, blender, and hand mixer) with updated appliances. Overall a lovely rental!

From the time we booked to the time we checked out, our experience was perfect! The homeowner literally thought of everything and was so easy to reach with any questions etc! The house was exactly as pictured and was perfect for our family Christmas getaway. We were traveling with 4 adults and two child 3 and under. The den downstairs was the perfect size for a pack n play that was made available for us and our 3 year old slept in the upstairs in the twin bedroom. We were able to walk to everything and will be booking this house again for our future trips! Cannot say enough good things about our experience!

Samantha could not have been more helpful or accommodating of our needs. The amenity list for the property is above and beyond any vrbo I’ve stayed at previously. Beautiful shampoos, bath salts, and oils, every kind of coffee and tea one might want, all the dishes, pots, pans, and serving ware needed for a crowd, beautiful linens.
The downtown location, hot tub, comfortable furnishings, and beautiful decor were the icing on the cake.
We will definitely be back! We love Samantha and her beautifully restored home.

What a wonderful house and the experience was splendid! She had everything for us, even remembered my daughters birthday and left little birthday hats 😊. This experience was far better than any other. If I am in town again, no doubt I will stay there.

My family and I had a wonderful stay-including 2 kids under age 6! The house itself accommodated everyone perfectly and every detail has been considered in the updates. There are personalized touches throughout; coffee bar, well stocked kitchen, yard games, board games, artwork, music, travel guides, doggie supplies etc! Special comment must be paid to the supremely comfortable beds and bedding-slept like a dream with the ac units on! Bathrooms lovely. Cozy (warm and soft…not petite) living space with plenty of room to spread out and watch tv etc.
The host is incredibly connected and communicative in all the right ways. Thank you, Samantha! Hope to visit again.

This house is very well appointed, and Samantha is very responsive. We were very comfortable in the house, as a family of six. We enjoyed our time in CDA. The location of the home was good for us. We were able to walk to the lake from the house, and be able to leave our vehicle at the house.

This house was so welcoming and the amenities went way above any expectations. The coffee/drink bar was a hit with the entire family. The outdoor space was perfect for undwinding at the end of the day. The home was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful gem (but keep it a secret)
We have stayed in CDA for years for an annual family trip. This house exceeded our expectations and the lovely host made sure our stay was comfortable with amazing communication and so many amenities, truly a home away from home! We can’t wait to stay here again (and again)! As much as I’d like to keep this gem a secret, everyone should experience true hospitality and don’t forget to spend some time on the porch - a highly underrated activity. Thanks Sam and Gracie, see you again!

Probably the best house I have ever rent.
The description of the property is accurate But more than that it is amazing the little amazing touches of the owner, who I had the great pleasure to meet. So many cozy details and accessories.... all perfect. We will go back for sure.

The house had everything we needed and more for a great stay in CDA. The kayaks and bikes were a nice bonus. The hot tub and backyard were fantastic as well. Samantha is a great host!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the very clean and cozy home. It was extremely warm outside and the ACs throughout the house kept us cool. The only drawback was the cramped upstairs bathroom but that's a small drawback to what is a very pretty home. The hot tub is great.

Fabulous-inside and out
Samantha has a beautifully renovated home, perfect for 4 adults who came to ride bikes and enjoy each others' company. Loved the back yard for coffee and wine, so we didn't really take advantage of the cozy living room. Would love to come back!

Loved the location, loved the communication, great patio space, yard, hot tub, etc. Really the only thing that surprised us about the listing was no mention of the 'master' bedroom (note bathroom is not attached) is that it is oddly connected to the adjacent queen size bedroom. Not a big deal, but worth noting if you have small kids like we do and don't want them hearing you stirring/talking etc. in the master. Again, not a knock, just worth noting. We really loved the close-in location and the pride taken in providing everything you would need while there - really a great spot!

Wonderful home retreat
A perfect little getaway! This home was well stocked with anything we could have wanted. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and plenty of space to congregate as a group of 8. Not only could we all fit around the table for games but the backyard fire pit was another great touch. Highly recommend!

60th Birthday Girls Getaway
My girlfriends and I had a wonderful long weekend in CDA. This VRBO was charming, we walked in through the backyard and were greeted by lovely pots of flowers. Inside there were MORE flowers on the kitchen table and HAPPY BIRTHDAY ! sign hanging in the hallway. We had a great time wandering around the house to get check it out, and everyone was noticed little accents that made the home cozy.
The host had given suggestions for a special dinner out and places for breakfast and they were wonderful. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the backyard. Thank you so much Samantha for your attention to detail and sharing your home with us.
