Everything perfect, super clean and great location

WiFi was not that fast

La struttura è in pieno centro a Torino. Appartamento pulito, attrezzato di ogni confort. È stato un soggiorno perfetto e sicuramente ci ritorneremo ancora.

Posizione ottima per visitare le maggiori attrazioni, camera molto ampia, pulita, accogliente e ben riscaldata. Lo staff ė stato gentilissimo, ė venuto incontro ad ogni nostra richiesta ( ad es. stampa delle carte d imbarco e prenotazione taxi per aereoporto). Zona tranquilla.

Unica pecca: la presenza della vasca da bagno e poca pressione dell acqua (eravamo al 4 piano).

At some point there was a club blasting music really loud, but after an hour they turned it down and it was okay. Fridge was loud, we turned it off at night.

It was clean, spacious, well equiped and very comfortable. The location could not have been better, within walking distance to most of the main sites and shopping areas and it was surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants. The staff member was extremely helpful, she told us where and what all the local places of interest were and marked them for us on a map of the city.

We only stayed one night but it was quite noisy, not from the street but other people in the building which is annoying when you have an early start. Getting out of the parking garage was challenging, the gates didn't automatically open and I had to get out of the car and hunt for buttons etc.

Gorgeous room, nice Juliet balcony to the street, lovely spacious bathroom with good toiletries. The staff were very helpful and the room was cleaned daily. Nice coffee in the room. Location was very central and just a short walk into the centre.

The position is perfect. Just a 15 min walk from the train station and then you find yourself right in the center of Turin. Our appartment was very nice and spacious. Beds are comfy and the bath tub is amazing. Check in was quick and the staff super friendly and helpful.

Simply superb from the excellent location to the friendly staff the beautifully furnished room with comfortable bed. Everything was perfect.

We stayed several time in this residence. The rooms are big and absolutely clean. The location is ideal : few minutes walking to the core of the city Parking either in the residence or in public parling nearby costs around 25€/ day

A bit pricy depending of the period

Hotel was great. Room was a great size. Hotel was clean. It was easy to walk wherever we wanted to go.

Garage difficult to access after reception hours

Fantastic customer service. The language barrier didn't matter, we were given all the assistance we needed. Having a left luggage lock up was especially useful and a real benefit of the stay. Also being so close to the train station. There was an issue with the hotplate in our room but it didn't really matter. Turin has plenty of places to eat out!

The location was excellent. the apartment was very clean and big for the 5 of us. the staff was very nice.

It was not wi fi. The room we received overlook the street. It was terribly noisy 24/7. If you like to sleep with open window - forget it. But with closed window it was noisy. The studio room was big but comfortable only to sleep. If you want to " stay" at home - be ready that the designer didn't mean it .
