Amazing apartment with a beautiful view on the city, big rooms, new furniture, stylish, cozy and very clean! Free parking for a car, a host was so helpful with everything we asked. New and perspective district, beautiful design of buildings, friendly people, a good Italian resonance near the house and a shop - we are extremely pleased with our stay and many MANY thanks to Andrei for his hospitality ♥️♥️♥️

Could be great to add 1 small bath towel to each guest (in addition to a big bath towel provided).

It has a nice view over the city

There was a lot not to like about the place. The bed was wait to load, on every move you make in the bed it was making noise. Sockets frame was missing in the kitchen. The chandelier in the bedroom was holding on so wires and the balcony switch in the living room isn't mounted right in the wall and there were a lot of cockroaches. Only in the first night I killed 20 of them but I saw way more then 20 that night and let's not talk about the whole staying of 5 night.

The price.

The cleaning, the interaction with the host, no shampoo, a very used solid soap.

Unfunctionality heatings system when we arrived, cooking pots in a really bad condition (burned or kind of oily and dirty)

Amazing view, close to the shop and other important places, free and private parking place

The place should be clean a little bit better.

The flat is really modern and full of light, the view being another plus. Also the staff was really nice.

I booked this flat for my parents so from what they've told me, the flat and especially the floors were not sparkling clean and wearing flip-flops was needed.
