Oda temizliğinde hemen dönüş alamadık. Yatak çok rahatsızdı. İstediğimiz ve parasını ödediğimiz deniz manzaralı oda değildi.

Me encantó la playa privada, spa y la ubicación del hotel. El personal de hotel es muy amable. Volvería sin duda! El desayuno muy variado.

El tamaño de la habitación y el baño , esperaba la habitación y el baño un poco más grande.

Beautiful hotel with all the luxuries you’re looking for. On the beach/lake, lovely pools, great buffet breakfast and other dining options, sparkling wine on arrival and huge well styled rooms

The communication and response from various staff before we arrived was very professional , so I was really looking forward to the stay. The hotel helped me organise a surprise for my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary, and they did not disappoint. Throughout our stay the staff were all so welcoming, chatting and cheerful to us, in particular a lady called Hale, and a very tall young man who greeted us and called taxis’s for us several times. The deluxe room (although we had the pool bar blocking our view) was clean, beautiful and spacious with a nice terrace. As a suggestion, the hotel should consider having a complementary shuttle bus in to Kotor in the low season , as the local buses are not frequent. Would definitely recommend this Hotel

The spa opened at 10am so we couldn’t enjoy it early morning or before going out.

It’s located a little way out of Kotor but with a cab to and from the town it’s only cEUR10 each way and nice to be away from the hustle and bustle

There is nothing not to like!

La situación en un cabo de la costa frente al fiordo. El jacuzzi en la terraza de la habitación caliente siempre. La tranquilidad cuando amanece sin ruidos.

Solo una recomendación, si alquilas un coche para llegar al hotel, que tenga seguro completo ya que la carretera desde Kotor al hotel es muy estrecha llena de obstáculos y con un ancho que solo cabe un coche. Para hacer 7 kms se tarda unos 20 min.

The beautiful and IT’s location and the warm welcome by the staffs. The breakfast was good☺️

However, I don’t like the fact they don’t have varieties of foods. Different people come in, so it will be good if the management imbibe the culture of cooking differently continental dishes when guests what to make order from from for food.

Parkplatz Situation

Rooms are very specious and comfortable. Located few meters from the water with easy access to the beach. Excellent breakfast with great variety and high quality food. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful specially Ivan from reception and the concierge.

Location isn’t close to any POI so it takes time to go everywhere

Oda gayet genişti. Yatakları konforlu ve temizdi.

Kahvaltısı gerçekten çok zayıftı. Böyle zincir bir otelin kahvaltısı için tercih etmiştim fakat hayal kırıklığına uğradım.

An amazing new hotel in a wonderful location in the heart of the Bay of Kotor. Everything was in line with or above expectations. The staff was very friendly and everyone tried to make our stay as nice as possible. We waited a bit at check-in and because of that, we got an upgraded room, which was large and comfortable with a separate seating area and a large terrace. The breakfast was of high quality and the variety of food was such that everyone could find something for themselves. There were even gluten-free products. The SPA and Wellness area was nice, new, and not crowded. We enjoyed the pool and sauna.

Çalışanlar genel olarak güleryüzlü ve yardımcı. Odalar konforlu. Temizlik gayet iyi. Spa bölümü yeterli. Odadaki sofa açılıp yatak haline geliyor. 10 yaşındaki kızımız rahatça yattı.

Kahvaltıda çeşit yeterli olmasına rağmen pek lezzetli bir şeyler bulmakta zorlandık. Bu kadar çok sayıda Türk müşteri için biraz da Türk damak tadına uygun şeyler eklenebilir.

The location is 15-20 minutes from Kotor old town. This period may be prolonged in the intensity of summer. Transportation to Tivat and Herseg Novi is easy if you have a car. The breakfast was not bad in terms of variety.

The hotel is trying to withdraw to 5-star status. It doesn't feel like that in its current form. The bathrooms in the rooms should be overhauled. For example, in the shower, the black images between the ceramics towards the Decking were not pleasant. Also, the Spa section was not effective. The Turkish Bath is open only to guests who have purchased a massage. I have never witnessed a more ridiculous practice. Options should be considered for guests who have preferences such as vegetarian and vegan nutrition in the restaurant. The breakfast was not bad in terms of variety. But he didn't make us feel that we were in the Balkans. I know that pavlaka is the traditional breakfast food of this region. Or borovnica is the traditional fruit juice of the region; but there were none of these.

Lokacija je izvanredna, iz restorana je odlican pogled, iz spa centra takodje, dorucak vjerovatno jedan od boljih u ovakvim hotelima u CG, prevazisao je moja ocekivanja

Dusek na krevetu je bio mekan, ali razumijem da to neko preferira, ja vise volim tvrdje duseke.
