Safe, the place is nice. Overall a good stay.

Lots of ants. Location is a bit far, 20 minutes walk from the beach but not too bad. No noise from motors but there is building next door.

The condo was spacious and open. Many windows and multiple balconies. Nice sized flat screen TV, good AC in bedrooms, and loved the fact that there is a washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable as well. Security around the clock, and a nice pool and grounds area. Also, the owner Oscar was always checking on my comfort and needs, and both he and Joselito (unit manager) are very nice people. I will surely return.

No complaints. Just a suggestion. If there were screens on the balcony doors, it would be nice (keep the mosquitoes outside if open).

The apartment is very nice and also inside of a nice condominium community. It is quiet, has a nice pool, security, and it is a close walk to many places in Sosua, and a short drive (About 10 mins) to Cabarete.

It was nice, but I wish we were given more of certain items like extra toilet paper and paper towels or cloths to celan the kitchen with.

Facility is nice. very nice pool and facility grounds personnel keep the common areas in very good shape

The furniture inside the condo is old and worn. Nit well maintained. mattress is old and worn. couch is worn and uncomfortable. More attention to detailed cleaning is required.

Resort is in the quiet area but very close to the 4 beaches (up to 2 km, nearest about 800m). Manager was very helpful, nothing was the problem. Pool was clear, staff also helpful. Recommended!
