Worst experience on First day of my honeymoon. Centipedes were crawling everywhere inside the house. I had booked for 4 nights but couldn't stay even for 4 hours. I stuffed tissue papers under the doors and thought the problem is over but the centipedes come from under the walls too. How secure is that. The moment I saw one of them on the bed, I lost my patience. The manager offered another accommodation but it had the same problem. I don't care if the centipedes are outside, I understand that it is rainy season, but they are just everywhere inside the house. They did not even refund me for even 2 nights. Booking.com did the worst negotiation and told me I will get refund for oly one night. Had horrible experience.

What a fantastic place! We were a bit worried having read previous comments, but what a pleasant surprise! The best accommodation we had in years. Beautiful house with a splendid view. Very clean. There was everything we could wish for. Confortable beds, quiet AC in both rooms, hot showers, drinking water etc... and what a service! We tried nearly every service on offer: food delivery, massages, fastboat tickets, scooter rental, laundry service...all ordered through WhatsApp with a reply within a minute and very good prices. The house was cleaned every day as well, with fresh towels every other day. 5 star service. The acces road is a bit steep but in good condition. We had no problem by foot nor by scooter. The view is well worth the climb! The environnement is quiet and there is everything at walking distance: restaurants, shops, warungs. More is only at a 2 minute scooter ride. The pool is wonderfull and having frangipani flowers falling in it was the cherry on the cake for me. Well, we had a dream holiday at Villa Mimpi thanks to a lovely team!

Unable to contact staff because they didn’t have WhatsApp or anywhere to find them. Didn’t see staff the whole stay. Shoes were stolen. Size didn’t match photos. Beds were wrong. Uncomfortable beds. No hot water. Bad smell. No cooling in main living space. Too far to walk anywhere and not informed. Hard pillows and bed.

location is the best, I was really enjoyed! on the top of the hill, fantastic view from the pool, sunrise and stars are just amazing from it! If I will go to Amed - will stay there for sure again, no any other options:)
