Spacious with large balcony that you could sit out in. Comfortable sofas and beds. Enjoyed our stay.

The lighting in the bathroom was off and on for a while. The safe was temperamental.

Overall great location near the U11 station which helps reach Messe and Hauptbahnhof in just a few stations. The service was friendly and both check in and check out were very quick and straightforward. The apartment itself was clean and spacious enough for our liking. The kitchen included a fridge, oven and microwave, as well as a 4-burner stove which is not always the case

I wish we could have had an apartment with a double bed instead of two separate beds (but by the way, the beds were quite spacious). We didn't plan for there not being shampoo / soap in the shower (a tub) but not all apartments offer this anyway so next time we will have to buy some before we want to shower. Lastly, when you come in you can't just take the elevator, you have to go up or down a small flight of stairs to reach it which was a bit tough after a long day of walking!

Very clean and tidy apartment very near the Convention Centre in Essen. Good facilities in the apartment, and a pleasant stay for a few days.

In a neighbouring building some kids were having a pretty loud party on Friday night, but this wasn't the fault of the hotel. We did however wish we'd brought earplugs.

It’s bigger than expected. And with everything you need in an appartment.

Upstairs people were really noisy. And if you’re not a bit quit then you can hear a lot. We even complained to them to not speak so loud in the stairwell. After that is was a little bit quieter, but somehow the had to walk back and forth through the apartment a lot. So you could hear the stomp, stomp, stomp, all the time

It's been an excellent stay at apparthaus arosa. I had a studio apartment all by myself. The entry to the apartment was very easy as they would send you the access code well in advance via email. The room was more than spacious, even a family of three or four friends can share it very easily. Also the staffs are very friendly.
