We have stayed at Summerhouse Rentals for over 25 years. This year was extremely disappointing with this unit due to the roach infestation. Although Summerhouse sprayed, it had no effect on the amount of roaches seen on kitchen floor and in every cabinet and drawer. Very disappointed.

We have been coming to Summerhouse for over 20 years. This is by far the cleanest the unit’s kitchen has been. I usually have to run dishes, silverware, etc in the dishwasher. I was told it was a new cleaning group and they did a great job. Thank you.

I have been back many times to rent this unit and it is always well kept. The view is beautiful out of the unit. So happy with the new front storm door. Was upset with the ruling of only 2 parking passes, as I had a friend come for dinner each night and I had to give him my car to come back and forth.

Been at Summerhouse for 15 yrs, this is the nicest condo we've had. Comfortable beds, plenty of nice furniture, well stocked kitchen. Only issue was that the icemaker in the frig kept getting blocked up.

The condo unit had a few issues, but overall nice stay.The biggest issue was the roaches. We actually sprayed the unit several times and there were many dead roaches after spraying. Very disappointed this year. We brought a guest with us and there were several things that we were disappointed in. Diana in the office is rude and uncaring about any issues you experience. She does not follow through or keep notes of guests she has spoken with. Our glass sliding door to the beach could not be opened. It took her 3 days and me mentioning it was a fire hazard to get her to have a sense of urgency to fix the problem. I asked for a partial refund since we could not use the glass sliding door for 3 entire days and she would not return my calls until I told the receptionist I would be filing a complaint with the board. She left a message on my phone stating she had no idea what the problem was and could I let her know what the problem was because she had no notes. Is there not a maintenance log by unit? We weren't allowed to check in as early as we could have because there is such a lack of communication between the cleaning crew and the office. I am paying for that day and would like to be in the unit as early as possible. You insist we are out at 10:00 but there is no rhyme or reason for the times we can get into the unit. I am requesting a refund for the inconveniences and rudeness I experienced while at Summerhouse and the lack of professionalism of returning calls and resolving the issues with Diana.

We weren't allowed to check in as early as we could have because there is such a lack of communication between the cleaning crew and the office. I am paying for that day and would like to be in the unit as early as possible. You insist we are out at 10:00 but there is no rhyme or reason for the times we can get into the unit.
