Fantastic house!

This is a beautiful multi-level house with stunning views of the private golf course in a great location! There were a few problems with the place, but I'm going to be as respectful as possible, as Tara was friendly and responsive. On the surface, this is a fabulous house, and the pictures look great, but once you arrive, it's obvious that whoever is taking care of this house needs to put more money into maintaining it. There are many DIY repairs throughout the house, from the paint patches to the duct tape in the kitchen cabinet holding up electrical wires, to the baling wire holding the wobbly little statue at the bottom of the main staircase. I say DIY repairs b/c I can't imagine paying anyone for that level of work. My sister-in-law was shocked (tingling sensation) by some DIY lighting strips while cleaning the kitchen counter. Three bedroom door locks didn't work. There is a window on the first floor that doesn't lock and won't stay shut all the way, so it's always ajar. Most of the beautiful landscape pictures in the backyard are off limits. They told me this once I arrived at the house, "please respect the private property signs that say do not enter ." The area past the pool deck is off-limits, so if you're not going to let people enjoy that area, it shouldn't be advertise as such, or at least make mention in the description. I read an old comment saying it was a shame they couldn't enjoy the back area bc a pump didn't work, from what you can see, that area has not been maintained for a while now. Finally, the microwave didn't work, but I found one in the garage that we used. The most convenient access to the house is through the garage, no remote was provided even after informing Tara there wasn't one in the house, this made it very inconvenient to access the house. The house and location are great, but I would not stay here again given the high price and low level of maintenance. - Billy

The view alone make it worth the stay

Tara was incredibly patient and communicative. She made check in seamless. The property was amazing. The views of the golf course were breathtaking! All of my guests were wowed which is exactly the response I was looking for. This home sealed the deal if my hopes of an amazing weekend for my family and I. Would definitely rent again!

This house is absolutely incredible. We had a perfect girls weekend here and really enjoyed the house to its fullest. It was impeccably maintained and the property was absolutely breathtaking! The hosts were incredible and so attentive to every question we had! I will absolutely stay here again !!

This mini resort is unbelievable. It's much better in person than picture, and I really enjoyed staying their. I definitely strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for vacation.

Amazing property that we thoroughly enjoyed with our full family. Tara and her husband were extremely responsive and great hosts - we had a lot of questions/requests and they accommodated us on everything.

This property was nothing short of amazing. My guest were in awe of the property. Three floors, the pool was heated. She had all Amenities. I have no complaints at all. One of my guest’s children got lost on property. I reached out to Tara and asked if she could check k the security cameras and she did so right away. There was privacy, we didn’t feel like we were being watched. I communicated with her that I was having a champagne toast with a few family and friends for my graduation. She was extremely understanding and just asked that we not have a party and no loud music. I respected her wishes. It was amazing and she was a blessing. A few of my guest had their lyft/Uber cancelled, she allowed us to stay well past check out until all guest were able to properly leave the home. She was amazing and so was her home.

This house is one of the kind with unique location and an amazing view. It is very clean, roomy and upscale. The owners are very caring and nice people. Easy communication and easy access. Highly highly recommended.

The owner Tara is super professional and very easy to communicate with. The house has an amazing vibe, natural lights and the landscaping is taken care of every day! I would highly recommend this place for production shoots/filming and a family get away!

Great location and nice house. Pictures on line may over sell the property a bit, but overall it was a very enjoyable experience.

This mansion is amazing. The view is unbelievable and so peaceful. I liked the design of the house especially the ceiling art of design. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi with the golf course view is unique in this area. Dear Tara and her husband are so nice and lovely. We had a wonderful stay here. Thank you so much and god bless you.

Close to Sunset which made it very easy to get around.

Great for a large group had a very nice time

I would not categorize myself as the "review" type. However, if something ( someone, etc ) goes truly above and beyond, I find it only right to acknowledge; This was certainly one of those times. Family of four ( 2 kids ages 8 and 4 ). Here are my thoughts: 1. Get excited. No matter what your expectations might be of what you booked, I promise its better. It is such a great feeling when you realize that you in fact got something special. The only thing better is watching my kids faces as we toured the grounds. 2. I would recommend this property to anyone. If you're a family with kids, its a must. 3. House inside is grand, super functional, and clean. 4. The outside area is one of a kind. Amazing pool with waterfalls ( along with a few more waterfalls surrounding the backyard! ) and many different "nook & cranny's". 5. Hosts could not of been nicer and more accommodating. 6. Great location. I really wish I had something bad to say so one would not think I was overboard; I just can't. .

The home is gorgeous and well appointed. We were slightly disappointed that all the fountains and waterfalls weren't working--it really is part of what drew us to renting the property. Overall, that didn't affect the quality of our stay, though, because everything else was so wonderful.

This was our second time staying at the house. We love it and will book again in the near future. Thanks Tara!
