This property was great. Exactly what we were looking for. Water on both side within walking distance to everything. Owners are very responsive. Place is brand new and it shows.

Great property, awesome location to beach/pool/bay. The owners were very easy to communicate with and the property was gorgeous....very relaxing and it had everything we needed or wanted. Thank you for letting us stay, will definitely be back!

Great 1-bedroom condo, totally updated, close enough to the gulf to see the beach and listen to the ocean, the owner provides amenities above and beyond: beach chairs, towels, totally outfitted kitchen, everything you need. A large condo for a 1-bedroom with enough room for two people to get space from one another. I was concerned that the condo being close to the road would be noisy but it was not. My other concern was the shared laundry facility -- again, no issue at all. The beach and Key coastline are God's Country. The condo does need a better vacuum :)

This property is in a great location. Parking is convenient, location on the bay is beautiful, short walk to the Gulf of Mexico beach, restaurants within walking distance. Communication with owners was quick. Place is nicely appointed.

All good , wifi a little spotty at times but all was as advertised .

This property was perfect for my husband and I. The view from the kitchen and dining area is amazing. The location is a fisherman’s dream and I caught snook, catfish, red snapper and pinfish all from the dock. But they have boat slips available to rent also! Short walk to the beach. Unit is equipped with all the essentials and starter items. We had the back yard area mostly to ourselves the whole time. We prefer the bayside and this was everything we wanted. Saw manatees and dolphins in the bay daily. We would come back for sure. Leo was great to work with.

An extreme problem with gnats. They were everywhere! Vents and drains were very damaged, dingy and dirty.

Great place, close to the ocean and on the bay. Saw Dolphins in the bay, and the pool was great for a quick swim,. The condo has everything you need to cook with and is close to restaurants if you choose to walk for a night out. Leo always helped out with any questions I had

We loved the location. The condo was just like the pictures showed. It had everything we needed, plus pool, beach, laundry.There was plenty of space for two people. The view of the water was so relaxing. We did a lot of fishing and seen all kinds of wild life. The owner was super! Thanks Leo! We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay with a great location and great boat dock with cleaning table. The owner is still doing some minor updates but the unit has great AC, comfy beds, and furniture. The kitchen has most supplies that you would need for basic cooking and a few items to get you started salt pepper, coffee, salt and pepper etc. There is snook and tons of catfish under the docks at night under the light. The pool is nice and clean. Short walk to the beach across the street. Supply box outback has about 4 beach chairs as well as a charcoal grill. We would definitely come back again to stay! Owner is quick to respond and very helpful! Thanks for our stay Leo :)

We stayed at Leo and Margaret's place to escape the cold winter weather up north. The condo is located right on the bay with a beautiful view of the water. We saw dolphins, pelicans, and egrets from the dining room window. Excellent location - a two-minute walk across the street is to a private quiet beach and a five-minute walk to the town center. The condo decor is very simple and the unit offers most of what you would need. One bedroom has no windows and is quite dark. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.
