the location was good - across the road from the Glen and many food options

The apartment did not smell like it had been aired out - stale food smell. The apartment was not cleaned to the standard I would expect - very dusty on the bedside tables, all the window sills and skirting boards. The full length mirrors had finger prints and dust all over them like they had not been cleaned for sometime and there was a dirty tissue left under a bedside table. The Shower in the ensuite for the master still had soap caked on the tray to hold items in the shower. The window adjacent to the kitchen and the second bedroom could not close completely and the door to go onto the terrace balcony would not open. The internal laundry floor was filthy and there was some rubbish left behind. There was no rubbish bin in the Kitchen, no tea towels and minimal items in the kitchen. The floor in dining/lounge really needed to be mopped - there were spills left on the floor. I would not recommend this for a long visit especially if you wanted to use the Kitchen. The staff did try to clean the items pointed out, but there was no one back until a Monday to do a thorough clean. They only provided 1 key for the apartment which is not helpful if you have people leaving entering at different times

I liked everything about this apartment, every time i'm in Melbourne ill visit and recommend people visit.

the room service is not good as we can find the hair easily on the floor and the TV set is not connected to cable properly.

Washing machine very dirty and bathroom floor edge was with black mould.

The whole apartment is beautiful and clean! Smells amazing throughout as well. The receptionist was super nice. The apartment itself was super spacious and stunning. Would definitely be back again!

Very new and clean. Excellent location! Literally opposite a shopping centre! Provide parking as well.

The windows in the living room are a bit loose somehow. Not only can you feel the cold air leaking through, on a windy day the windows are shaking badly.

Not clean and tidy. Only a couple of miserable hangers. Stains on pillows, and everywhere.

The lobby was nice

The apartment was dirty and smelly. The dishwasher was out of order and full of dirty, rotten, moldy dishes. The drins were blocked with hair and water backed up. The carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months and there was fingerprints everywhere. I will never stay here again and recommend no one does

very poor service I ring them to check in about 4 pm and they told me room is not ready yet and I could check in 5:30 pm Appartment was not cleaned at all , no battery in remote no ice cube

Clean, spacious & underground secure parking provided. Early check in was accommodated due to not been able to arrive by evening check in cut off time.
