The hotel is very well located, really close to central Uppsala and many shops and restaurants. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. The thing I liked the most was the breakfast, it had many options and it was delicious, and they always had coffee and drinks at the reception. When it comes to the rooms, they are small but the bed was comfortable.

I visited in January, and the temperatures outside were of -10 C and below, since the heating is centrally controlled, you cannot change the temperature in your room, thus it can get a little chili (the good thing was that the blankets were quite warm). The bathroom was super tiny and the floor gets all wet once you take a shower.

A cozy and personable hotel within walking distance from Uppsala station. Nice common spaces, varied breakfast. The restaurant selection was also good.

There was no hairdryer in the room. The blanket was a bit too thick for summer.

Very pleasant location with a quiet room facing onto the Linnaeus Botanic garden yet close to the river and shops along the main street. Nice plant theme through the building. The manageress was a most charming lady.

Overall a nice experience. Location is great and relatively cheap. Breakfast was good, although the coffee section was a bit confusing, I think you have to ask the staff for a cappuccino, but since it was still before my morning coffee, I didn't bother to check and just took the black coffee which was easy to take.

The bathroom was very small and left the whole floor wet after a shower. There was also no floor towel provided so I used one of the hand towels for that.

I would only appreciate more TV programs, otherwise everything was superb.

Fantastic Location - in the city centre, easy access to the university and all the main activities, shopping and buildings, super nice staff - ready to help during 24 hours, good value for money and super breakfast (also vegan friendly)!

It is a really good option to stay in Uppsala, good location, amazing breakfast, friendly staff. At night good bar if you want to drink sth there.

They should improve the cleaning of the bathroom, no point to have white tiles in the shower with a lot of mold. It looks dirty or not clean enought.

The bed was firm (which I like) but very warm and only one small pillow. Stuffy air in the room/poor ventilation.
