It is a beautifully restored older property in a residential area of Rhodes Town. The rooms are furnished to a very high standard with blackout curtains as well as lighter curtains for privacy. Excellent shower. Very comfortable bed. The owner is personally committed to making this the best it can possibly be. The courtyard garden is lovely and provides a relaxing space. It also meant I was able to chat to other residents. The absolute icing on the cake is the manager Sebastian. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He replies immediately to texts. He answers calls. And whatever it is, he's there in 10 minutes. I have never been so well looked after in my life. I wish I could have brought him home with me.

Nothing really. The location means it's a half hour walk to most places which made it hard for me to go out again in the evening. But it really is very peaceful and quiet which is more important to me. And if you have enough energy, it's no problem. There are local shops for everything you need and two very good local restaurants but nothing of interest for an evening stroll.

Delightful from the moment you walk through the big wooden gates into the paradise of a garden. The apartments are spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Emmanuel and Sebastian are the best hosts ever - we were met and shown around even though we arrived at 1am and throughout our stay they were always ready to give advice or help - cannot fault this place or the people and we can’t wait to come back!

Every property should be just like this one. Amazing place, fully equipped rooms, with some free treats, wine etc. everyday clean towels. The personel was very helpful regarding our staying, earlier check in and places to visit around the island. In case I get there again, Casa del Sol is the only choice. Just 15’ walking from center. Everything was great

Both Sebastian and Emanuel were great hosts. Sebastian gave us a superb greeting and showed us around the neighbourhood as well as Casa Del Sol. Emanuel talked about the history of the place. The booking came with an excellent PDF of what to do and where to go in Rhodes town. The room was recently refurbished, nicely done and had all we needed. The location was in a pedestrian zone which was quiet. A great place to stay.

A chopping board would be handy.

The property is set in a nice private court yard with plenty of amenities close by, a small walk to old town, it was perfect to stop. The hospitality shown by Emmanuel and Sebastian too was a brilliant, they helped make the process so easy and they really helped with there recommendations. Will definitely be looking to book here again

The staff were incredible. Emmanuel, the owner, is so warm and kind. He's a real source of knowledge too. Maria is a friendly face and generous person greeting you with a morning kalimeira and Sebastian was so happy to help and make your whole holiday really easy. The apartments are stunning. The area is gorgeous. The rooms are well maintained and updated. We LOVED IT.

There is nothing to not like! It was OUTSTANDING!

Clean, quiet, cozy.

Location: the location was great for my family and I because it is away from the centre yet within walking distance (20 min walk). Around the corner from the accommodation there is a lovely coffee shop, bakery and restaurant. A good sized supermarket is also only 8 minutes walk away. Host: the host Sebastian was very welcoming and very helpful - thank you! Cleanliness: the accommodation was very clean. Rooms: the rooms were comfortable, very clean and finished to a very high standard. My family members had two of the rooms downstairs and I had a room upstairs. The rooms on the ground floor are slightly larger. The room we had upstairs was sufficient for two people with a small table and chairs, sofa and a kitchenette. Overall: highly recommended! 5 stars!
