Really nice place. Located in a quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to the shops on main street. The place was clean and spacious.

I find that renting from actual people always results in a better experience. This property is owned by a company and as such it is harder to get ahold of people and to communicate. Upon arrival the garage code and door did not work. If it was a personal owner it would have been one call, instead it took three calls and getting transferred to get it figured out. We had a bathroom light bulb burn out on Saturday and by the time we left on Monday it still wasn't fixed despite the reassurance that it would be "rectified as soon as possible". Overall is was a good experience and a great location but I'll be sure too look for listing private owners in the future.

This location was right across from the main parking lot. No shuttle needed. Very easy to grab an Uber to get to main st. The place was larger than we expected and would be very comfortable for 7 poeple.

A lot of space for the buck. Quiet location close to old town Park City and mountain activities. Some things need fixed and updated but great get away for our family of four!

Place is a little dated but location to park city main base area is unbeatable - only a 5 minute walk. Check in and check out was super easy and having a hot tub and covered garage was nice to have

I really enjoyed the condo location and natural light, however, the management company (Vacasa), who handles the condo failed to tell me the oven was out of service. I spent two weeks at this condo not being able to cook in the oven, they also had someone coming in right after me, which tells me they are in no rush to fix this issue. I also had a light out in the bathroom upstairs, the towel rack fell off the wall when just barely pulling a towel to wipe my hands, and the bedding was not clean. The bedding is overdue for dry cleaning, there were several stains all over the bedding in every single bed. I also emailed the management company twice to ask where the gym was located and didn't receive any email back with that information. I'm giving this 3 stars, as they have some problems to fix, but otherwise the location is very convenient.

This condo has an amazing location in park city. It takes only about 15 min to walk downtown and it's right next to the base of the hill. There's also plenty of beds for a group and lots of open space in the living areas. Thank you to the hosts!

Short walk up the hill to the parking lot of PCMR, which was FANTASTIC. Another short walk into the heart of Park City with all the food and shopping. Nice view of mountains as well.
Front door was difficult to open at first but finally figured it out. Nice condo overall and large enough for 10 no problem. Huge table for 10+ to eat at or sit and chat or play games. Condo well stocked with all the items we needed. Great to have a washer and dryer. Underground parking was very convenient.
Minor things need attention: elevator dirty, microwave missing a panel, master bath does not drain very well during a shower, window ledge/sill need to be cleaned, kitchen sink main nozzle missing a piece, all relatively minor.
Vacasa did a great job helping us get in the front door when we were stuck upon first arrival, appreciate the quick response.

Solid Place
Stayed here for a long weekend for a guys trip place had plenty of beds and plenty of place for everyone to spread out. TV was a little dated so watching sports was not ideal. Wifi was very good and you are a very short walk from the slopes. Would recommend!

Common areas are very spacious for a large group. Close proximity/walking distance to Park City mountain. Exactly what we were looking for from a value perspective.

Like a Holiday Inn...
The condo is in a great location - about 1 block from Park City Mountain Resort. It's also an easy drive to the Town (ski) Lift about 8 blocks away.
Unfortunately, this condo is definitely a "rental only" condo. In other words, the owner must never stay there since it is not in very good condition. For example, the furnishings in this condo are very sub-par. They look and feel like they are original from when it was built in the 1980's. The downstairs bedroom has very uncomfortable beds. My college-age kids complained mightily about them and said that sleeping on those beds were the worst nights they have ever had in their lives! They ended up sleeping on the floor (!) or on the living room couches. The living room couches are not great either. They are very "sat in" and anyone sitting on them would lean towards the middle.
I complained to Wyndham Vacation Resorts about the beds for two days but the best they could do was to deliver air beds which are not very comfortable so we declined.
There were other condo issues such as the fireplace pilot light turning the fireplace on and off but Wyndham did not seem to care.
This condo building was pretty nice (with 2 spas) and convenient but this condo was very expensive over the Holidays and it was not worth it! We expected something much nicer; not a Holiday Inn type condo. I recommend choosing another unit that is not managed by Wyndham.
