We din't had breakfast. Location was very good it is near to railway station and important places

We had lunch not that much tasty we expected, it could have been better and served quickly.

literally nothing. apart from the location, everything about the hotel is disastrous

I’ve booked 3 Hours prior to my Check-in. Upon arrival @10.25PM, the receptionist asked me to wait in another room as the staff is cleaning the room whoch I am supposed to stay. After 40 minutes they’ve handed over the keys. The receptionist’s way of talking is a bit rude, as if it doesn’t matter even if I cancel my booking. After I reached the room, the bathroom looks wet and the bedsheets hasn’t been changed. No response from the cleaning team. In the morning the lift doesn’t work and I had to use the stairs almost three times from the third floor. But food is Okay. Overall I wouldn’t like to go back again., as the hotel is not worth staying. I’ll give 2.0/5.0 for just a night stay.

Rooms were clean

1. no towels in the room. 2. poor restaurant service. ordered food and got it delivered in the room after 1:45 mins. 3. for 3 persons only 1 soap and 1 dental kit was given in the room. 4. Tv in the room is just for sake of it. no Dish connection.

It was new, well maintained, good shower, clean linen

There should be a study table and chair in the room. Breakfast options were limited even menu items like idli was not available.
