I never received my refund

the owner is friendly but the property is nothing like the picture.. it’s an entire ripoff. I tired cancelling and I was told I wouldn’t get a refund before I decided to stay there

it was outdated , the room wasn’t clean properly, there was rats running in the kitchen. there is no such thing as quite hours which was stated. (8pm-7am). the second night the owner decided to power wash outside until about 10pm. checkout was at 10 but after seeing the rats I was out of there by 5am. I was so disappointed because the place is just a catfish .

Nothing, The location is bad 👎 and was pretty noisy outside people talking and arguing 🙄 the night I was there, Really I don't recommend to my worse enemy and the guy there say that they have problems with booking and I have to pay cash but I don't recommend to any one.

This hostel is in a great area. The neighborhood is very friendly. It's walking distance from bodegas, coin laundry, great restaurants, and the beach. We stayed 4 nights and had a great time exploring the area.

It's not the quietest neighborhood, but it's a residential area in the city. It's to be expected! The place is so cozy we hardly noticed.

The host was very friendly! This property is also more like a hostel. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, and common area.

Not too far from bus stop t5 to get to the airport. Good value for money. Kitchen to use and filtred water to drink.

Ants in the room. Long to get an answer when we arrived.

It was ok for the price. Clean and had lots of channels on the TV. We were literally staying in a room in someone's house. It's not a hotel.

I didn't like that the person who let me in asked me if I was married, and when I told him I was divorced, he started telling me all types of inappropriate things. "If I was ur husband, I would never leave you", " You look really good, y don't u have a man" He told me I looked good in 4-5 different ways and how he would've never left me alone if he was my man, stuff like that. Super uncomfortable, and I was with my teenage son, who also found this really awkward. It was 2300 when we checked in, so it was too late to find another place. I felt so skeved out I put the bed in front of the door to secure it, in case he got any funny ideas. Ladies, watch out....guy is a creep

I didn’t feel the zone around so much safe/quiet. nothing bad happened just looks kind of trouble zone around (like a couple blocks before the property)
