Diese 1350 sf Eigentumswohnung befindet sich im Indian Harbour Beach Club. Diese Ferienanlage ist eine der besten Kurzzeitvermietungen am Strand. Dieser Strandkomplex ist ein verstecktes Juwel, das die meisten Menschen nicht kennen. Diejenigen, die darüber Bescheid wissen, reservieren ihre Zimmer in der Regel ein Jahr im Voraus. Der überdachte Parkplatz ist 20 Meter vom Aufzug entfernt und erleichtert das Be- und Entladen. Die Aussicht von der 6. Etage ist atemberaubend und wird Sie leicht entspannen. Im Inneren sind das Master-Bad und das Gästebad mit dem Nötigsten bestückt. Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Nun ins Wohnzimmer und in die Schlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett. Das Zimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und der TV-Inhalt in jedem Zimmer wird von Direct TV geliefert. Kostenlose Filmkanäle sind verfügbar. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie erwarten würden. Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Herd, Kaffeekanne, Mixer, Toaster etc. Der Waschraum hat eine große Kapazität Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gibt auch einen beheizten Pool, Shuffleboard-Plätze, Gasgrills im Freien und einen Autowaschbereich.

We were down for my nieces high school graduation, and decided to make a vacation of it and stay on the beach. The unit was clean and very spacious. It had a gorgeous view of the Atlantic. The beach was never crowded even during Memorial Day weekend. We will definitely stay here again should we ever find ourselves in the area.

This is the second time we've stayed at Indian Harbour Beach Club, first time in this unit. Beautiful area, beautiful views, great hosts; can't go wrong. My only "complaint" would be that the bed is too stiff for our liking.
P.S. They aren't in great shape, but there are beach chairs and an umbrella in the master closet. Good enough shape for free!

When we arrived at the property, discovered the TV in living room and second bedroom would not come on. We tried everything. The property manager was messaged. Never received a response or solution to the issue.

The property at Indian Harbour Beach Resort is in a great location. Whether you are looking for relaxation on the beach, listening to the sounds of the ocean from the balcony, eating in good local restaurants, or seeing a rocket launch from the Kennedy Space Center, this property had it all!! My wife and I thought the condo we rented was clean, well decorated, and provided us with all the amenities we needed during our stay!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. Lots of space! Kitchen had lots of pots and pans and utensils. Loved having 2 bathrooms. Big private deck with 2 sliders was the coolest thing. Plus the couch with an ocean view? So awesome...great naps! Everything you need for hanging out at the beach. Easy access to beach, grocery stores, walmart, even trips to Cocoa Beach. Negatives were hard mattress and large rocks at low tide in ocean (not beachy walk-in like Daytona, etc). We just used the provided boogie boards to float above them to hang out in the water. We were sad we had to come home.

The view from the balcony is amazing just like the pictures and you really can't be closer to the water than this. Its also pretty cool to be in the pool and be able to see and hear the waves from the beach. Condo and property are as advertised!

Our family was more than ready to relax by the beach for our Fall break. We enjoyed the balcony view every morning while drinking coffee. Beautiful sunrises!! The pool was a fun break when the kids were ready to take a time out from the waves. There was a great closet with all we needed to enjoy the beach. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Plenty of utensils and cookware in the kitchen except for teaspoons. There was one in the drawer so we used plastic ware for that need. The water pressure was lower than we are used to in the master shower and sink. Minor issues that will not keep us from returning to this property and condo! Had a great time!!

Nice beach getaway
Check in & out was painless and condo had everything we ever needed. Location was quiet and had a easy , quick access to the beach. Single car park spot was good for one standard size car . Second bathroom and shower tub appeared to be dirty and outdated. Screen on bedroom slider would have been nice.

Beautiful beaches
We had a wonderful time. The rental unit was convenient to our planned destinations, it was very spacious, had plenty of towels ect.
If I was the owner I would fix the screen doors ( both broken and off tracks) and make sure tiles were cleaned. I would also spring for hand soap without adding water to bottles ;)

Fabulous Vacation
When we first arrived I was awed by the view of the calm ocean from the front door! It felt like a cruise ship!! There were too many reasons to count why we loved our stay!
The owners had so many extras for our trip- a box fan, extra paper towels, garbage bags, tide pods and even a be ah umbrella and boogie boards!
The condo was clean, updated and super comfy!! The ocean wasn’t crowded and was easily accessible. Parking was marked and covered. Quiet family area with just enough places for needs close by like CVS, Walmart and Winn Dixie. So many great restaurants within 20 min!
We hope to be back next year! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The condo was as described in the VRBO ad. Everything was clean and the balcony offered a great view of the beach. The only problem that we encountered was the sargasso seaweed that covered the up the beach, not your fault.

Very relaxing stay, beautiful views everyday. Great location, close to all the local stores, restaurants, bars. Very spacious rental, the pictures online don’t do it justice. Great vacation place to take your family for a week. Had a great experience the first night watching Space X launch Falcon 9. Absolutely stunning to watch it launch at night from the balcony, the ocean lit up and was a beautiful site to see. Would love to stay here again!

We had an excellent visit. The unit is a little dated and could use some sprucing up, but the location and view made up for any deficiencies. The facility is small with only about 48 units. We enjoyed the pool and grilling area, and Cindy and Wendy, the site managers, are great.

The property is beautiful and the view is stunning -- less than a stone's throw from the ocean! The location is perfect for quiet relaxation. The unit has all of the amenities of home. The swimming pool is clean, warm, and the pool deck provides a great place to read, tan, and relax. The tiki hut on the property is a great place to enjoy a cocktail while grilling dinner. The covered parking is a plus. You are in close proximity to great restaurants, stores, churches, and brewpubs. The area has very little traffic as compared to Cocoa Beach. The property management staff (Cindy, Wendy, and Randy) are very friendly and helpful! Most of the the folks staying at Indian Harbour Beach Club have been returning year after year! Highly recommended! We will be returning next year!

Very nice place to stay, would definitely stay here again. Only complaint I have is that water pressure in bathroom and kitchen sink could have been better. We had an awesome view, saw many dolphins just off the coast, and there was also many sea turtles laying eggs right in front of the building at night. There was also turtles swimming in the water near us. Since we were flying, it was nice to have two fans provided in the condo since I need the sound to sleep. Also had nice towels provided. Bed was also very comfortable. Cindy was great at getting back with me anytime I had a question. Would recommend this condo. Thank you Cindy!!

Very nice property, easy check in/check out process. This unit had good amenities. Only request is for actual beach chairs, not lawn chairs. Beautiful beach, great access. Easy parking, nice & clean pool. Quiet. Close to good restaurants.
