Super cute, amazing location, comfortable and easy access.

The only suggestion I have is to put a show curtain up if possible, it was a bit cold while taking a shower because of the opening in the glass.

The rooftop was very nice! The apartment size was great, and close to to Hollywood Blvd, restaurants ect.

The apartment smelled like urine, the sofa bed had urine stains all over, there was water leaking from the laundry area in the bathroom. All the plants were dead, and one of the blackout string was broken. Floors were dirty as well!! Need to be honest about the parking next door as well, it’s $15 a day, and $40 a night depending on how nice your car is smh!!

Todo estuvo cómodo y tranquilo. El lugar tenia muy buena ubicación.

Al llegar la cama tenía las sábanas arrugadas y me dio la sensación que no estaban limpias. Sería un punto a mejorar. No la utilicé y me tapé todos los días con otras mantas disponibles. La lavadora no tenía instrucciones y fue imposible ponerla a andar.

Very good area and nice interior

The apartment was clean. Lots of pillows on the bed with plenty of spare blankets for the couch and bed. Great location . The owner was very kind and prompt with messages. There’s also cooking utensils so you can make your own meals which was perfect for us . Terrace access too to enjoy the view of the Hollywood sign and watch the sunset.

We loved this place but the only things that could improve is screwing the frying pan handle on better, maybe a chopping board to cook with and working scissors

the building itself seemed nice from the lobby and roof. never saw inside apt

the staff never sent me my check in info, I texted 8 times called four and emailed three in the hours prior to arrival alone. then I show up, still no answer. the don’t answer bookings either. then bookings says pick another spot, so I did and got an Uber out of there after being there four hours…. on the way the dude texts back that he was asleep and to text the person on-site and so I tell him I’m goi be to get an Uber bavk from new place to old place. I arrive back and text on site person and she doesn’t text a k for quite some time then is literally the most colds stale, unapologetic meanie pants you could ever imagine. jjst let’s me know it’s already bookend and k told her k jjst spoke to her manager and he said come back she said nope you’re not welcome figure it lut. I had already canceled my other stay. so that day alone I wound up paying 1200 for one rooms in

Loved the location in proximity to things I wanted to check out in LA. Loved everything in the apartment, the facilities and the layout were great.

Did get a little noisy sometimes at night but nothing too bad

The host was kind & had a complimentary welcome items for us which was so sweet. We were the celebrating and the room was wonderful, the view and close proximity to everything made our weekend so enjoyable. Tons of local restaurants, bars and hikes near by also!

Parking, street parking is two hours max at a time. There are local lots within walking distance, be prepared to pay for daily parking (until 2am) and over night parking (until 11 am the next day).
