property was in a great location in a nice clean road, inside was clean and well kept. everything you need was there and it was easy to communicate with owner and access the building. comfortable and clean bed.

bedroom curtains let in so much light we couldn’t lay in past sunrise.

Owner was really helpful when we contacted her and had a little problem fixed in about 10 minutes! Also lovely touch to have milk in the fridge.

Would have loved a recycling bin! Left ours on the side since both bins appeared to be for general waste.

Very clean and tidy apartment, easy to access. Good facilities - had everything we needed. In a great location for visiting Harry Potter Studios. Host did everything she could for us in terms of cots for baby. Netflix available, kitchen well equipped (teas, coffees, cereals etc) was a home from home!

It is absolutely spotless and extremely well presented. Check-in and check-out were hassle free. The owner has thought of absolutely everything; towels, cutlery, extra sheets, extra pillows, etc. Location is fantastic, ASDA is a 5 min walk, Tim Hortons is on the way, and IN ASDA, there is a Costa, so the morning coffee run isn't far. The decor and cleanliness really impressed us. It was extremely spacious and cosy. We absolutely loved it, highly highly recommend.

These aren't really "dislikes" as we absolutely loved it so they're more.......my suggestions and there are only my opinion: • The sofa in the living room feels completely outdated compared to the rest of the property, its very low, and the springs sounded like they were going to pop out anytime we sat down or got up. • I enjoy a cold shower (not for everyone, but it's my personal preference), so I was a little gutted. I could only manage to get "hot" or "hades" as temperatures. • The hob, it's hard to see which one you were turning on and if it was at high or low. After a little "futtering," I figured it out, so it was fine. • The balcony "fencing/railing" I would suggest adding another section along the right-hand side.

Very comfortable and easy check in process. Irina was very kind and accommodating and responded quickly to my messages. Extra nice touches with milk, teas, coffees, jams etc lready in the apartment so we could have a brew and breakfast. Perfect location for Harry Potter tour. Highly recommend staying here, felt very homey too!

So beautiful and clean, with everything you need for a few days stay. Near train stains to get into London without having to stay in the centre.

No washing up liquid anywhere however a lot of other cleaning products. Shower button was a bit loose so water wasn't very hot, couldn't set it to the right setting... need looking into

The apartment itself was lovely. Really big and spacious and nicely decorated. Had everything you needed for your time away. The bed was lovely and comfortable.

The location is a bit of a hassle if you want London attractions, its not as close to harry potter world as you think if you don't drive or want to spend money on a taxi. Also when we returned on the second day it was obvious someone had been into the apartment while we were away, the door wasn't locked the way we had left it and internal doors were shut that we had left open. It wasn't for cleaning or anything as nothing had been done, so that's abit strange and doesn't make you feel very safe.

This is a lovely apartment. Everything you need. Very clean. Very quiet. I really thought it was nice. If I'm staying in Watford again - I'm staying here.
