Tolles Zuhause für unterhaltsame und große Gruppen! Wir können bis zu 14 Gäste in 5 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern unterbringen. Verteilen Sie sich sowohl im oberen als auch im unteren Wohnbereich und genießen Sie das große Grundstück mit zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien und Blick auf den Lookout Mountain. Unser Keller ist mit einem Arcade-Spiel mit über 60 Ihrer Lieblingsspiele der alten Schule ausgestattet! Wir haben auch Brettspiele, Spiele im Freien (Cornhole, Leiter werfen und yardzee) sowie Spielzeug / Bücher für Kinder. Genießen Sie morgens eine Tasse Kaffee von unserer Kaffee-Bar auf der Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge rund um Spearfish. Wir sind direkt an der Autobahn, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt mit Speerfischen, Wander- und Radwegen und Parks entfernt. Es gibt viele Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur wenige Minuten entfernt!

Ganz in der Nähe der Innenstadt von Spearfish. Alle asphaltierten Straßen und in einer ruhigen Gegend mit einfachem Zugang zur Autobahn und toller Aussicht!
** Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und die anderen 4 Gästezimmer haben Queensize-Betten. Wir haben auch 2 Queen Schlafsofas im Keller Wohnbereich. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen Kleiderschrank sowie eine intelligente Steckdose zum Aufladen von Geräten.
** Die Küche ist komplett zum Kochen ausgestattet und es gibt einen Grill auf dem Deck. Es gibt Gewürze und Öle zum Kochen sowie alles, was Sie aus der Speisekammer der Gemeinde verwenden möchten!

This was an excellent home to stay in. Plenty of room and stocked with everything you need. We would stay here again.

Everything was very nice -easy to get to places -Nice family time - only thing we had no had towels for the kitchen so had to use paper towels. We also had issue with hornets by the outside door in back. We tried to use the spray which did help but for how long. Thanks for a nice stay

I can't say enough how much we loved our visit in Spearfish. We had never used VRBO before and went in with no expectations. To say that the bar is IMPOSSIBLY high now is not an exaggeration. Not only was our host incredibly thoughtful with how everything is set up but they were also very responsive, helpful, and so kind. We loved this home, and I have no doubt anyone who chooses to stay here will as well!

The check out process is basically make sure the garage door openers are inside and lock the door on your way out. If you stay at a lot of VRBO rentals you know that check out can be stressful. These folks do it right, they were also super helpful when I had questions and the property was clean and as described.

We spent a couple nights here with our 3 teens while touring the local college. This home was amazing! Everyone had their own space, which our teens appreciated. And we really enjoyed spending time in the theater room. We were lucky to have warm February temps while visiting and the hot tub was perfect. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and had beautiful sunsets to wake up to outside the master bedroom. This place was perfect, we just loved it, the town of Spearfish, and the surrounding areas.

This was such a perfect stay! The kids had a blast with the video games and the hot tub. It’s super convenient to have access to parking in the garage! Everything was just so cozy and comfy and we honestly can’t wait to come back.

It was a very nice home and had many useful amenities. The only thing I would say could make it better would be if the yard was fenced in. We had dogs and there was a neighbor dog that came into the yard and pooped. We cleaned up after it, but it wasn’t ideal.

The proximity to the I-90 was key for our planned daily activities. We visited all of the local attractions. The house is close to downtown Spearfish, a wonderful, quaint spot to explore.

I have visited this area many times but never rented through VRBO this was our first time.
This house was everything we could have ask for in a rental. It is a beautiful house and has everything that the listing said it and more ! If you looking for a nice quiet relaxing stay this is the house for you. It’s located close to all the attractions in the Black Hills.
Ryan and Luke the owners of this house are only a text or phone call away if you need anything from them.
I would give this house a 5 star rating and will definitely rent it again next time I’m in the area !!

The home and property were both very lovely. It was quite cold during our stay but the house was very well heated and super comfortable for us. Ryan was absolutely wonderful to communicate with and was helpful with everything that came up. The wifi was extremely powerful and reliable, which was very important to us, since we needed to work (including video conferencing). One of the best things was how well stocked the kitchen was with basic necessities, such as condiments, spices, and baking goods. Easy access to stores and interstates. We would definitely recommend!

This house was perfect for four couples, beds were comfortable. There was never an issue of anyone waiting for a bathroom or finding places to sit and visit. We ate a couple of dinners there and a breakfast and the kitchen had everything we needed!
