Very nice house with everything we needed and very clean. great location and very easy walk to the beach. We would love to go again and recomend the house to anyone. Kids loved the bikes and pool.

A great property that's well maintained, comfortable, and convenient. My only critiques are not accepting cash and that the bed situation was not as stated in the description. I I am certain the beds were changed at some point and simply by oversight, the description not updated, but that did cause a small issue figuring out sleeping arrangements.

The pictures do not do this home justice so much more beautiful in person. Great location and still secluded from the busyness of 30A.

House was awesome! It was the perfect size for me and my family. Distance to the public beach entrance was easily walkable, no need for a golf cart unless you have really small children. Unfortunately the pool was damaged in a storm prior to our arrival. The Management team was accommodating and gave us a fair compensation for the inconvenience.
I would recommend to replace the grill, it was in pretty bad shape.

We had a great experience with Oversee. Our fridge in the rental broke exactly as over $300 in instacart groceries were in route. Oversee jumped on the problem and had a new fridge in our rental within hours & even brought ice to hold us over until then! We couldn't believe it. Then the gate to the pool didn't lock right - oversee sent someone over and had it fixed in under 60 min. We were blown away.Bluegrass Bungalow is great and we loved the location. Fully stocked kitchen, clean, nice layout. Only minor feedback for the owners is the pool area could use a spray for mosquitos. Pack lots of bugspray and you should be just fine.

April 2021 Stay
The house was clean and larger than we expected. The location was great .... a bit off the beaten path tucked away for privacy but only a few minutes away from all of the action. And the 4 minute walk to the beach was great! We will definitely consider staying here again.

Thank you Oversee for providing a great property for my birthday. We had an amazing time! The bungalow is super cute and clean. We had everything we needed. Only a five minute walk to the beautiful beach we felt very lucky to have been in such an awesome location. Beds were very comfortable, pool heater worked, Oversee replaced out bikes right away (1 was a little wonky). If I had to say anything it would just be to add some some lighting in the backyard by the table and grill so we could grill easier but other than that truly a great time and great stay. We will absolutely be back!

We had a great week at Bluegrass Bungalow. The house was well equipped from kitchen gadgets to towels for the four of us. The lights were odd in each room, and would come on only sometimes. The outdoor shower created a lot of dirt when used, and needs an upgrade to be truly usable. We heated the pool and being from VT we are glad we did. The heater worked well and the pool was clean. The outdoor pool and beach accessories were run down or non existent so you will want to bring your own. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would rent from Oversee properties again.

We have been to the 30A area a few times, but this was the first time to stay in the Seaside area. We really liked the proximity to Seaside (great bike ride), the beach access (large ramp to the beach made it really easy to wheel the wagons down), and Publix. Bluegrass Bungalow seemed larger than the square footage eludes. The kitchen, living room, and dining area are nice and open. We had 2 families staying in the house (4 adults and 5 children 10,7,7,4,4) and it honestly didn't seem cramped. The pool was a decent size for our crew and there was an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. The house could use a few improvements, which we let the property management company know.
Needs - pans, mixing bowls, large coffee pot (the coffee maker was under the counter with no large pot so we ended up using the 4 cup coffee maker all week), baking sheets, and maybe a pancake griddle or something. The shower in the full size w/ trundle room leaked all week (a plumber came but did not have the part to fix it). The mini fridge in the kitchen didn't seem to get cold and the handle was broken off. The child proof gate to the pool was broken. The deck outside needs to be replaced in several spots and just general weed maintenance.
Overall we still had a great vacation!

Great beach getaway
We so enjoyed our stay at Bluegrass Bungalow. Oversees Rentals were super from beginning to end with communication. The location was awesome in terms of access to beach.

The house is adorable and comfortable. The pool was great since the beach water was closed for swimming. The neighborhood is quiet but not to far from activities. Great place for family to gather and visit.

Perfect Location
The house is in the perfect location- tucked away in a quiet lot but with in a couple minutes you are in 30A where all the action is!! It was perfect for our teenagers and mini aussie had a great vacay also!!

The heater didn’t work but it was only weeks after a hurricane had come through and flooded the area. The only way I knew is a neighbor told me.
Kitchen is nice and set up with almost anything you’d need. Grill outside is propane and full. The bedrooms were comfortable. The bunks are attached to the master.
The location is 1.5 blocks walking distance to the beach. The public access is down about 20 so plan accordingly (we took a wagon the first day).
Lots of dining options and a Publix is just a few miles away.
Overall, we’d come back to this area and we’d stay here again.

Nice place; not cleaned well
When we arrived the pool was dirty. The floors in the house were very dirty. We noticed as we were walking around the house that our feet got nasty just walking on the floors inside the house. The first morning after arriving, the first plate pulled from the cupboard to put on the table had been put away without washing - it had residue of eggs and some other food. The cleaning crew apparently didn’t bother to look at the condition of any of these things prior to our arrival.

This house has a very good location, only 5 minute walk to the beach. It was very clean, the pool in the backyard is perfect. One thing that didn't work; the jacuzzi tub. Overall it was an excellent place to spend the week!

Quaint Bungalow
Nice place. We needed a ranch this year due to health concerns. This place is great. Nice pool area. Basically a private drive. Great for multiple cars. Our teenage boy and his friend could ride bikes (provided) to wherever they needed to go. Basketball goal was great. Nice size pool for just us 4.

Nice
This is our second property from Oversee management, and they are terrific. They accommodated an early check in, the place was very clean, and they are on top of any issues that arise. The pool is very nice, much larger than in the pictures. The house is close to the beach, though with small kids and carrying things it’s still a little walk. The downside to this property is the street it’s on is kind of blah. The beach access is public so it was crowded. The property is heavily rented so there were a bunch of little issues with things broken or not working properly. It wasn’t a big deal, and the management co offered to fix while we were there, but with Covid we declined. We enjoyed staying here. We’d definitely stay again, though we’d probably check out other options first.

May 2020 Stay
We loved our vacation at Bluegrass Bungalow! We had 4 teens with us. The location was great for access to Seaside and the public beach access. Loved the bikes. The pool and deck space were great. No cable TV (had streaming services)but the house had everything else we needed and plenty of beds. The Oversee employees were super helpful throughout the whole process, considering the coronavirus situation. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been staying at the Bluegrass Bungalow for a few years now. This is our “go-to” for our girls trip! There’s 6 of us and we have been best friends since grade school! We LOVE the area and the house! It’s always clean and well kept and lots of room! Just a short walk to the beach! Great restaurants and local shopping also! Can’t wait for our stay in 2020

Family wedding trip
My mom and aunt and I stayed at this wonderful home for a family wedding that was in the area. We were so happy to find a place with a private pool and where we could bring our dog. The home was just perfect. The layout was great for our group, it was super clean and incredibly comfortable and met all our needs. The location was ideal for us, just off the business of 30a and very close to the grocery and loads of restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and our stay at this wonderful property. I’d highly recommend this home!! We hope to return one day!

Bluegrass Fun!
This property was in a great location. The private pool was very enjoyable. (Some of the wood planks around the pool area need replacing.) The house was bigger than what we needed this time...no complaints there...and we were actually wanting to rent again in the Spring but to our dismay it is not available. Hopefully we will be quicker to book next time. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!

Bluegrass Bungalow Getaway
We had a group of 5 adults and four kiddos. House is larger than it appears, clean, comfy furniture, and we spent so much time in the backyard enjoying the pool and patio. The beach is a short walk and it is close to handicap beach ramp if you need it. I did for our beach wagon! Thanks for a great vacation!
