This was an anniversary trip for my wife and I along with our 4 adult children, their significant others along with 2 adult grandchildren. A total of 10. The house had enough space for us all to enjoy each others company and to be able to have private space as well. Up til now I had not been a huge fan of Florida. Naples changed this for me. It is a beautiful area with great restaurants, beaches and shopping. Everyone had a great time .

Our group of 10 was EXTREMELY pleased with this property! 8 adults, a 12 and 13 year old. Impeccably clean, location is minutes from Lowdermilk Beach. The property manager Curt was awesome! He greeted us upon arrival as well as bid us farewell the evening before we left. We can't say enough about how awesome our experience was. We would come again for sure!!!

We had a great stay at Curtis' property. It had everything we needed and lots of space inside and outside. The grill could've been a bit better, and also the front door wasn't working well. But besides those small things, our stay was excellent.

This last week we had one of the best stays on VRBO. This house is amazingly large and super comfortable. The property is well equipped and very clean. Curt, the property manager met us on our arrival and walked us through the nuances of the house and was always available for a chat if we needed him. What a great home and perfect location...only a few blocks to the beach. It was wonderful in every way.

THis house is simply amazing. It is such a great location, home and close to everything. THe rooms and the house were all well stocked. OUr group had an amazing time. Kurt was so attentive and got back to us quickly with any questions. I cannot say enough good things about this property. It is spectacular

Our stay with 2 families was perfect! The house had everything. A short walk to the beach, and a 5 star pool area. We grilled on the outdoor grill and enjoyed many dinners outside. Kurt the Manager made sure we had everything we needed, including a special trip to get us more ping pong paddles. The house was exquisite, and we look forward to staying there in the future.

We had a great time! Lots of space for our family, loved 2 laundry areas, pool great, very well equipped kitchen, Curt was so attentive.

Very beautiful part of Naples with everything within 5 min. Walk to the beach is easy, and house and pool/hot tub area was perfect. Curt very attentive to your needs.

The house was wonderful... spacious and clean. The location was even more so, very close to the beach and shopping. There were fruit trees on the property, and it was very private. The lanai was amazing! The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Easy check in and out. The only inconvenient thing was that we could not control the temperature of the hot tub or heated pool, and they set it low... the hot tub was 99ish. We had to contact the manager who had to contact the owner for it to be set higher. Another night we would have liked for it to be lower so my son could be in with us, we didn't want to bother so many people. And one of the beds seemed to be broken... my side sloped down significantly. Everyone else loved their beds. You can't have everything, so I still give it 5 stars overall.

My family and I (9 total) stayed at this property for our Christmas vacation. The house is in a great location. The beach is walking distance and the beach is beautiful in itself. Curt was very accommodating and met us when we checked in to explain all the little details. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We highly recommend staying here!

The house was amazing. A short walk to the beach with a huge screened in pool area complete with spa, BBQ grill, fridge, bathroom (with shower), several tables and chairs, etc. There are many places to sit in the shade and enjoy the pool area (including a large balcony area accessed off two of the upstairs bedrooms). The Master Bedroom is fit for royalty and every bedroom has its own full bath. Curt was a pleasure to work with and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We have already booked our next return visit!

I would highly recommend choosing to stay at this property in Coquina Sands. What an amazingly beautiful neighborhood. Just a very short walk to Lowdermilk beach. Gorgeous pool and hot tub. Everything was just great. We had 9 family members stay and had a wonderful Thanksgiving there.

Clean and well upkept house in a great location.

The house was amazing. It started with the property manager (Curt) meaning us for check in. He walked us thru the the home explaining how everything worked. The kitchen was set up for a chef. Each bedroom was a suite to itself. The pool and lanai are was a paradise to itself. There was no reason to leave other than the beach. The outside kitchen was awesome for all grilling needs. It is a place it will be back. Thanks

Our second stay in the home. As with our first stay, the second was just as satisfying. Overall, great home and amenities. Location is ideal. Plenty of space for everyone. Curt, the manager, was cordial and always willing to help and make our stay more enjoyable.

Highly recommend the home for a large gathering. It is a fabulous home that is well equipped. The manager, Curt, was very responsive in correcting the only issue that we had. There is a discrepancy in the listing on the number of people the home sleeps.

It was probably the most beautiful and convenient house that had absolutely anything we needed. The pool and outside area are amazing! It was hard to leave the pool to go to the beach, however the beach is close by and gorgeous. We went there for morning walks and sometimes in the evening to see sunsets. Curt is very welcoming, flexible and professional! Thank you for our wonderful vacation!

We celebrated our 50th anniversary - 11days with our children & grandchildren; 3 families with 6 adults and 3 children, 4 and under. The house was fantastic, no surprises compared to listing, with plenty of room and plenty of amenities; kitchen area had everything we needed to cook & dine in style; master suite was huge and luxurious, good decor and bedrooms/beds were very comfy & nice. All kinds of linen & towels available and with two washer/ dryers, we always had what we needed. The pool and outside area was the best, we spent most of our time there, great pool & hot tub plus lots of area to lounge: visit, read, sunbathe, cocktails plus room to get away from sun and the little rain we had. Short walk to a beautiful beach and a quick trip to restaurants and shops. The manager, Curt, was wonderful and very responsive from check in and beyond to help with any questions we had. Loved our stay and hope to repeat it in the future.

This house was wonderful to stay at! The inside of the home is beautiful and spacious. The pool was amazing! The neighborhood is gorgeous. The beach was only a few blocks away, and was one of the most enjoyable beaches up take the family. The host is so responsive and friendly. It was the perfect getaway. Thanks so much for the stay!

We stayed with our three adult children and three toddlers. The property was beautiful and very clean. There was plenty of room for family gatherings and the bedrooms were spread out enough to find private space if you need it. The outdoor living space was awesome and we used it throughout the day. There’s an outdoor kitchen, dining, and wonderful pool. The description of the property is very accurate and the stroll to one of Naples’ best beaches was a breeze. Curt was an awesome host/property manager—-highly recommend this property for your family.

For a family like ours - me, my husband, his parents, my mom, my grandma, and our 1 year old twins - this property couldn’t have been more ideal. It was near EVERYTHING. At least everything that I found convenient. Everything was in proper working order and Curt went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and welcomed and we really felt that the experience was positive and memorable because of him (and of course the house). We had a great two weeks at this property… Walked to the beach many times! Great location, very walkable, saw the sunset at Loudermilk Beach multiple times, safe neighborhood and nice home!

We will definitely rent this house again! It was perfect for a group of adults because each couple got their own room. The property was exceptionally clean, and Kurt, the property manager, was amazing.

We loved our stay in this 5 bedroom home that had everything we needed for a week of fun and even Thanksgiving cooking. The pool, hot tub, outdoor bar and ping pong table all made it extra fun for our group of 10 adults. Only a few blocks from the beach and between Venetian Village & 5th Ave so we never needed to drive busy 41.

This was such a great family home for us to spend a few days getting together and a relief from the crazy times of 2020. It is so close to the beautiful beach that you can walk and watch the amazing sunsets or you can drive and park in the ample parking. Coquina Sands is a beautiful neighborhood close to Publix and downtown Naples where in normal times we could have enjoyed walking around and dining at some of the restaurants. It was very easy to order food for delivery but the kitchen is amazing, very well equipped with great appliances and we had a good time cooking some amazing meals. Curt our property manager was so gracious and welcoming and would respond quickly to our questions. We would definitely stay in this beautiful home again!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is massive. So many places for a large family or in our case, dual family. We had issues with the pool which is unfortunate. We were able to swim in it but it definitely needs some TLC. Overall, it was exactly what our families were hoping for.

Great place with lots of room and excellent outdoor space. Close to the beach and downtown Naples.

Property was beautiful... pool area is amazing... was perfect for sharing with my brother & his family. Very private and roomy. Kids (ages 4-15) loved it! And adults too. I loved how in the hot afternoon as we tired from the sun (either by the beach or pool) there was great shade in the later afternoon over the pool... that really let us spend the majority of our time outside...House was clean, lots of dishes/cooking gear. I also loved walking to the beach. It’s close enough you can walk down for a short swim or walk on the beach. Social distancing was achievable in the beach... on the weekends you have to walk a bit further on the beach to stay spread out... but it is achievable. Property manager Curt was great... Very responsive, and he even went out of his way to make sure we had a few items I was hoping for. Thank you Curt for helping ensure we had a great stay!
