Instalações historicas, café da manhã diversificado, colaboradores do hotel muito atenciosos e prestativos.

Quarto com pouca iluminação, pouco conforto pelo valor e proposta que anuncia, sempre tive a curiosidade de conhecer as instalações, a parte histórica é muito interessante, mas não superou as expectativas.

Eles colocam uma música ao vivo no restaurante que fica alto de não deixa a gente se quer ver tv.. Poderia abaixar ou colocar o som dentro do restaurante.

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, higiene, organização, todos os funcionários muito educados e solícitos.

A academia fica não é ventilada, apesar das janelas ficarem abertas o tempo todo. Tentei fazer um treino no espaço, porém foi impossível devido o calor e a falta de ventilação. Sugiro a instalação de ventilador ou ar condicionado

Great location right in front of the Mangal and near the old town. Good breakfast and nice local dishes at the restaurant for lunch and dinner too.

LOUD! Jesus, they rent rooms to events right in front of the hotel rooms as early as 6 am. We woke up everyday with people screaming in front of our door. There’s absolutely NO SOUNDPROOFING of the rooms, we could hear traffic, people talking, anything happening outside our walls. We even ‘upgraded’ to a quieter room so we could sleep in peace, but the 2nd room was in VERY POOR CONDITION, with stained chairs, old terrible mattresses and even the bathroom’s grout was falling apart.

Great breakfast, nice room. Overall very nice vibe and next to the Navy building, Fitness centernot much to say had a few cardio type machines. Had plenty of eelctrical outlets and a light behind bed for reading.

The hotel is in a completely renovated historical building from the 18th century, with rustic decoration themed around the Amazonian navigation and pieces of regional ceramics. Located in Belém's Old Town, the main tourist attractions, such as Forte do Presépio, Mercado Ver-o-Peso and Estação das Docas, are within walking distance. (Avoid walking in the area at night) Very comfortable bed and good shower. Great breakfast, with excellent variety and some fresh regional delights. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Could have more pillow options and a little more attention with the replacement of bath linen. Small confusion about payment during check-out was easily resolved by the manager.
