Center,Beautiful,clean

Very nice and clean Apartment. Located in the centre of Thessaloniki, with a fablous roof terrace.

Nice location, big appartement, nice and kind staff. Dogs accepted

It was à little cold at the living room as the heat comes from the air condition. It was not possible to put It higher than 22 degrés and night time was cold. They provide me with an extra small heater.

The central location, the whole apartment and the balcony.

The lack of possibilities to stop the car near the building in order to take out the luggages. And the neighbor who shows every time at the end of balcony even if we stayed 1 minute to look at the sea…

The location was great, but there were very many maintenance issues with the stay,,,, the Property manager was fine, but the apartment was not!!! The apartment is just too noisy with the demonstration and the tenant's bellow. Why did the property issues not get sorted before we arrived? The AC and windows were good, we like the location, but ... the property is not properly maintained nor cleaned. We were there for 14 days, so spotted the issues. I just hope they can be addressed the ongoing forward, We looked to rebook 12 months forward, but not at the 300+ Euros they had added. Don't book if you have small children... electrical issues... problems with the patio and the decking,,,, please get this sorted... no smoke alarms on the apartment. Failed lights etc its was disappointing. The whole building would never ever pass UK as a fire inspection.... ~No some alarms in the apartment, no smart alarms in the hallway, no smoke alarms in the lift.

Cleaning that was not done properly before we arrived and this was done only every 5 days, It was a total pain to find the key safe down the road.... really!!!!I should not have been like this, The property was not clean 100% despite what we were told, this was raised with the managing agent. This was not improved while we stayed there.

Did not inform prior the process to get the keys And was not prepared at 12 midnight.. Was Not big problem . But I haven't been informed .. Apart from this 10/10 perfect ..
