Everything about this place is so well thought out, from the ample areas to sit and enjoy the sunshine to the little gift box and water in the fridge on arrival. We travelled as a young family and there was a good quality high chair and cot for our stay, along with a microwave for sterilising bottles. The hosts arranged a free airport transfer service for us which had a car seat available for our baby which was great. The house and pool area was immaculate and cleaned every day. The location was the icing on the cake, so much to do and so many places to eat in the little village which was about a 10min walk away. We had an amazing time here on our family holiday and would definitely come back again! Thank you so much!

The property was absolutely immaculate, modern and private. The owner was a very kind person who. Couldn’t do enough for you. Just what we required for our stay. 5 star all the way. Highly recommend this property for couples and families.

Een prachtige villa met alle luxe voorzieningen. Iedere dag schone handdoeken, schoon beddengoed en cleaning. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. 'S ochtends rustig wakker worden met zonsopgang vanuit je bed. Daarna ontbijt op zonnig terras met een lekkere nespresso. Heerlijk zwemmen in eigen zwembad en gezellige overkapping met BBQ. Villa is gezellig ingericht, beetje Ibiza style en op loopafstand van het gezellige plaatsje Tsilivi. Kortom een heerlijk comfortabel verblijf die onze verwachtingen overtrof. Tassos we komen zeker terug.

We stayed in Villa Ioni. Great location, beautiful modern villa with all the mod cons you need. Tasos & his wife were so helpful, collected us from the airport, arranged car hire & a private boat trip which was amazing! Super friendly staff, cleaners kept it very clean coming in every day.

Only thing we didn’t have was a bread knife but we managed, also plastic glasses for around the pool were very small. Larger ones maybe more useful. But just suggestions not a criticism.

This is my second visit to Aguacate and Tasos & Vicky made my stay unforgettable! The villa is super modern and clean with access to a street full of restaurants A must try when visiting Zakynthos.

WOW! Firstly, I found this property here on Booking.com when I was looking for a nice villa to stay in on the island of Zakynthos. I originally booked for me and my partner but, we brought my friend and her partner along with us. the villa is very modern, exceptionally well kept and the owners are some of the nicest people we’ve met whilst staying away! They let us check in earlier than planned, gave us a personal tour of the property, provided us with a basket of fresh breads/biscuits/pastries/home made jam and a free bottle of wine to enjoy! YUM!😊 Each morning the owners would check and clean the pool as needed, house keeping would arrive around 2pm each day and clean EVERYTHING! it was always spotless when we returned from a day out. Tasos gave us his number so any issues or questions we had he’d be on it straight away. The owners will also book excursions for you and recommend excursions; the owners won’t let you pay commission on any trips you book so you pay for your excursion and they’ll give you their commission directly back to you the next day which is beyond amazing! There’s various facilities on site such as a huge pool, BBQ facilities of which you can book a chef to come cook for you personally! coffee machines, toastie maker every utensil you could possibly ever need! dishwater and washing machine etc. The villa is located 15 minutes from the airport from which the owners will provide free transfer to and from for you, the beach is a 10/15 minute walk and all restaurants/supermarkets/shops are along the road as you exit the villa to the left. I’ve recommended this property to my friends and family who are looking at booking next year and I personally will be looking to book again next year or the following.
