Nehmen Sie am Fliegenfischen teil, schwimmen Sie auf dem San Juan River, genießen Sie die Parks, spielen Sie Frisbee-Golf auf dem Reservoir Hill und tauchen Sie in das tiefste Hot Springs Resort der Welt ein. Leichter Zugang zum Skigebiet Wolf Creek, der Wasserscheide, den Wildnisgebieten Weminuche und San Juan sowie zum Nationaldenkmal Chimney Rock. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Perfect for a quick couples getaway. 20 minutes from Quartz Creek atv’ing, 3 minutes from the shops/springs and a quick trip up the hill for Kroger/local dining. Donna was efficient and effective in her communications. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The outside is a bit rough but inside is wonderful. Very comfortable and well supplied. Great walking access to everything in downtown area of Pagosa Springs. We didn't move the car once we got there.

We really enjoyed the little house on the alley. Every time I had a question, they responded quickly. I didn’t think about pool towels for the river and hot springs and they were gracious and quick to supply some for us. Perfect location to walk to town, Riff Raff brewery just steps away was a great spot with great food.

My husband and I were on on a roadtrip that took us through Pagosa Springs for 4 nights and Little House in the Alley was one of the best place we stayed!! We stayed with our little dog 🐶 and the house really seemed more spacious than pictured. It was very clean comfortable bed and furniture! Would definitely stay here again when in Pagosa

We are both over 67 and this was a very enjoyable place to stay - there were no surprises. the interior is up to date with a nice kitchen, bathroom, washer, and dryer. The location puts you in easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and bathhouses. We would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights with our dog. The location is perfect - walkable to the restaurants, brewery, shops, hot springs, town park and river. The house was clean and comfy. Having a washer & dryer was super convenient. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit!

Very nice house and not as little the label may suggest. Has all the comforts of home. Would stay there again. My only suggestion would be for the owner to have a phone number listed more conveniently if needed.

This was our second visit to The Little House on the Alley, and we loved it even more the second visit. First, the house is immaculately clean, and guests are made to feel welcome by a very nice binder that is chock full of helpful information. The house is within walking distance to really good restaurants, shopping, everything. The neighborhood is quiet. I really cannot think of any downsides to this property. It is the perfect vacation spot for a couple. We love it,

We had a nice stay very close to the downtown Pagosa area. Hot spring options nearby as well as a bakery, shops and restaurants.
The house was clean and had all needed for the kitchen and laundry. Bed was comfortable. 2 ceiling fans kept the air moving and the window ac unit worked well. Great communication through the owner and the manager. I would recommend for a couple wanting a place of their own.

Close to everything! Clean and cozy. I think the only thing that would make this place perfect is a couple new pillows for the bedroom and hopefully the chair in the living area was tended to.

The little house was very nicely decorated with everything you could need. Perfectly located within walking distance from the Hot Springs, restaurants, and shopping. extremely easy checking in and out with great parking. I will be back! Cant wait to book this winter for ski season.

We needed an extra night in PS and were able to book this place last minute (during shoulder season). The host was very prompt in responding to our inquiries and was very accommodating. Very cute place! Would love to stay again.

Great place for the price. immediate area around the house is on an alley but we were not there for a backyard environment. The hot spring resorts are walking distance and skiing is a 1/2 hour drive away. Lots of hiking close by also. Several bars and restaurants can be walked to in 5 minutes or less. The unit was very clean, good kitchen, bathroom and washer/dryer was great.

Great location to walk to restaurants or hot springs and shopping. Clean, well decorated, stocked with cooking supplies, and spacious for being a 1 bedroom house. Nice size bathroom. Simple check in with electronic door lock. No need to keep up with keys. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great time. Second time staying at this property. The mattress has seen better days or at the very least should be rotated. The home is super cozy and in a great location. The gas stove heats quickly and adds a great rustic touch. Without a doubt would stay again.

The Little House on the Alley was wonderful. You cannot beat the location, walking distance to all the local restaurants, shops and hot springs. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend to a couple or solo traveler. We will be staying again on our next ski trip!

We love PS. This was our second time back. This house is so cute and had everything we needed. And the location is behind restaurants and breweries. We did lots of walking into town. House was clean and perfect for my husband and I.

We had wonderful time! The location is great with easy access to ski slopes as well as within walking distance to the river, restaurants, and shops! The house is very cozy and clean! The host and the property manager were easy to communicate with! We would love to come back!

The house was super convenient; yet, quiet. Such a neat neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the Hot Springs and to dining. I would highly recommend renting the little house. Pagosa Springs is wonderful. We will be back.

This place was perfect! The king size bed in the bedroom makes the house feel so much bigger lol it was so close to everything we walked the whole time. Communication was the best I've ever experienced! They were unnecessarily nice and helpful! It was absolutely incredible

Little House in the Alley is a hidden gem! As a long time visitor to Pagosa Springs as well as former home owner I can attest to the location of the unit as a 10 out of 10. Close to shops, restaurants, and of course the Hot Springs make for the ideal stay. Its location in the alley provides ample parking and is removed from traffic and noise. I cooked multiple meals and found the kitchen to be well stocked with everything I needed to do so. There is a surprisingly large bathroom and very cozy bedroom and living area. This location will be my go to place for all future visits!
