The apartment was quite equipped. It was clean and cozy for our family and the surrounding was very nice. The host was helpful and welcoming. We definitely recommend.

Big enough and clean room(Lux) for 4 people and small kido. Porch with great view and sounds of river water flows. Breakfasts was good and cook was setting up morning mood with a smile and whistling while cooking(Its all about details). Big thanks for management personnel for being helpful! :) Overall it was a nice stay and trip.

Not connected to stay(Rezidence), just info. As it turned out, our trip matched with "out of season" in Rokytnice, so small amount of people(what was nice) but also some main places wasn't working.

Apartman #8 - nice, 2 x balcony, comfy bed in bedroom and sofa in living room for chilling out after heavy Day on the slop. Breakfast - fresh and teasty. Warm and Very helpful staff

Helpful staff and Manager - thank You! The apartment is typical for going to bed after a hard day on the slopes :) Breakfast incl. - tasty and fresh :), lift, private parking. Nice restaurant (pension standard) on ground level. Ski room, well arranged, with boots heaters. Good for short stay.

Apartment #3 is much smaller in real, than on pictures :( Possible to accommodate 4 persons (upper level) + 1 on sofa bed (lower level). It was tight for 3 persons. Minus - smell of the sewage system, at the entrance to the building.

The breakfast was lovely, everyone was very friendly and helpful. :) Sauna was very nice.

Unfortunately, there was no hot tub but the sauna was very nice. Soaps and shampoo in the bathroom would have been great.

Basically, we loved everything. The apartment was big enough, well equipped for cooking and staff was very helpful and welcoming. The location is great for hikes and ski-alpine. Bit further walk to slopes or tracks, but you can take the car and be there in 5min.

The space was very nice, big and confortable. Great view from the balcony, sunny in the afternoon and evening. Also a lot of fun using the sauna a and jacuzzi. Nice people to receive us and help us out.

The apartment had issues with electricity. The fridge, oven and dish water went out a few times. Then all energy went out for some hours. It was very annoying. Not able to store food and cook properly. Oven did not work at all. The people were very nice and friendly and tried to solve the issue, but energy came back and out again. Very irritating.

Great appartment, good facilities, nice location. The apartment was a nice place to have a good time and chill, while also being a good starting base for adventures in the area.

No English at check-in, bistro and reception were not in operation when we needed it.

Communication with the Hotel was just perfect! I had some special requests regarding our stay and hotel responded within 12 hours. In our apartment we had a coffee machine - it made our mornings. Special thank you for that. And every guest had a bathrobe - which is perfect as we were in the spa area as well. New building with modern furniture! And every apartment has its own parking space. Really thoughtful and modern apartment hotel!

A bit easier SPA booking would have been nice. We had to call to make a booking - but we didn´t want to disturb. Downstairs there was a list with booking hours - it would be easier if you could just write down our names. Also SPA booking has to be made one day in advace - which doesn´t make it flexible. A would suggest to easy up this process (we wanted to visit spa on our arrival day - but due one day in advance rule it wasn´t quite possible), so more people could book it.
