Parking in the night was difficult to get a spot.

The facility is relatively new.

I had to call the front desk at 11pm and again at Midnight to stop kids from playing and screaming in the hallways on the second floor of the hotel where our room was located. Breakfast was abysmal. Poor selection and the woman making eggs to order was impossible to communicate with. The coffee tasted like colored water. The bed, for an ADA compliant room, was almost a foot off the floor. The shower in the ADA compliant bathroom could not be adjusted easily as it was very high and this bathroom's shower was in a bath tub that a person had to step over to get into. There's no closet in these rooms, they are the size of a high school locker. The ironing board is tiny and it's very hard to use. They keep the lobby and dining area at 80-degrees and it gets VERY HOT.

Room was spacious

We asked for housekeeping to clean our room, they said they only do that every 3 days. Haven’t experienced this anywhere except USA The sheets smelled very very strongly of bleach. Not a nice scent to gal asleep to. Cleanliness could have been better. The AC was faulty. We would lower the temperature and it still wouldn’t turn cooling on. We had to sleep in a very warm/hot room

Hotel was updated, neat and very clean. Staff were accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. A chef was on location and cooked eggs, omelet, avacodo toast, sausage patty’s at your request. There was also cereals, bagels, baked goods and assorted coffees. Very nice!

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good.

The vent in the room was blowing cold air all night, it was so loud. They charge me twice for the room, carol the staff helped me get my money back.for the 162 a night it should have been better.
